The service could be good but there is…
The service could be good but there is no quality French translation and no response on their forums about it either. The marketplace does offer a French translation but it is also catastrophic. In short, I am disappointed and I do not recommend it for our French-speaking friends.

When we examine the message history in your support tickets, we see that you received a response to your messages within a maximum of 7 hours and complained about this. As stated in our service usage agreement, although the maximum response time of your support messages by us is 24 hours, we return to our users and provide solutions within 30 minutes to 3 hours on average.
Even though we are out of office hours and it is late at night, we see that our staff helped you with great dedication and provided a solution.
Nevertheless, we thank you for your valuable feedback and review. Rest assured that we will work harder for shorter response times in our support services.
