My company has invoices unpaid from WIT Fitness for several hundred pounds. They took our services but now are not paying. I would not have any faith, if I ordered from this company, that my goods would arrive, or I would receive any kind of refund from them if I needed to return my order (as seems to be the experience of many customers on here). Happy to remove this if the situation is quickly resolved but we are already months past the initial invoice due date and not getting any help. AVOID!

Purchased some items in the sale hoping for a better experience than with my last order, unfortunately the experience has been worse.

Order was sent in split parcels but this was never communicated, there was 7 days difference between each parcel being dispatched plus courier delivery time on top of that despite the website promising a 48 hour tracked service. Sent a message asking where the rest of my items were but my message was ignored. When I finally received my items I found that I'd been sent the wrong size to what I'd ordered.

WIT now charge to return items (£3.99) as well as a £4.99 "restocking" fee unless you get their store credit in which they boost your refund.

Waited three weeks for a return on my last order, ended up chasing for it to be processed. Got a response "Apologies this took slightly longer than expected, due to everything going on there is a slight backlog in refunds however we are working hard to get these processed as quickly as we can!"

Coming up to 4 weeks on this order and still no refund. As others have said, their refund policy is 25 days then 72 hours to wait to be processed into your account which is an awfully long time to wait when you're paying extra for that refund. I'm essentially £9 out of pocket to return my items which I would have had to anyway due to the incorrect order being sent and I'm still waiting for over £180 to be refunded a week before Christmas which is far from ideal. No doubt I'll have to chase this refund as well but given their lack of response to others this probably will be a waste of time also!

The quality and variety of items they sell is brilliant but their customer service is diabolical. Because of this I definitely won't be shopping with WIT again.

I ordered something from WIT on the 26th October and was not received I have sent multiple emails and messages on LinkedIn and no response at all, there is no contact number and it has been nearly 2 months now and still no response!! £90 is a lot of money to just loose and I will be reporting this.

I have been debited for my order and received a ‘Shop’ notification that my product has shipped several days ago
(The website says next day shipping).

However, I have received no delivery, no tracking number and no response to two emails (there is no phone number).

I went down to their address and they said deliveries are online only.

Where is my order?

Wit’s return/refund policy is ridiculous! I now have to wait 25 working days (5 weeks!) from when my return items reach there warehouse to get a refund, I’m now £450 out of pocket over Christmas which I needed for presents! Very poor customer care! Never shop here there again.

Ordered something overhere, unfortunately wrong send item but they solved it like a boss.

Will be shopping here more in the future.

If I could leave ZERO stars I would! What a god awful company and unprofessional set up! Placed an order, barely anything turned up, no communication about the missing items. It took for me to chase them up to be told they weren’t in stock. Despite taking full payment! I then had to chase up for a refund, which in itself was a task and a half as they tried it on with a restocking fee! Just avoid and buy direct, absolute joke!

Shocking company, ordered 2 t-shirts and 1 pair of trainers. The trainers arrived and after a week I emailed about the t-shirts, one of them wasn’t in stock so I then received a partial refund, not a full refund for the t-shirt I paid for. Another week passes and I email to say the other t-shirt hasn’t arrived, I receive another email to be informed again this one is out of stock.

I needed to exchange my shoes and go with a size up and the response was super fast! Big props to Stephanie and thanks again for the help!

Avoid like the plague. Returned item almost 2 months ago. No refund or communication.

This company are AMAZING.
Not only do their products come in a great prices but they are very quick to fix any issues and the staff are incredibly polite. I’ll be buying all my fitness gear from here going forward. Most positive experience I’ve ever ever have with shopping!

I was told that I get 15% off my first order. Came to find out that the Whoop I wanted was not applicable to the 15%. Then it said that the duties and taxes for sending to Cyprus would be paid. My package has been at the post office for 10 days and they are waiting for me to pay the taxes and duties for it. I've contacted support, and they have been checking with the warehouse for a week now. Really frustrating experience.

I have to echo some thoughts of others regarding WIT. They have some good selections of fitness gear with some more unusual brands to avoid shopping direct from the US. HOWEVER, the process is only good if you do not have to return the goods, then its not good at all. I returned some trainers, Nike Metcon 9s, due to the fit being too tight in my usual size. I have had earlier models and ordered the same size. I have had to chase for 2 weeks on email, no chat, no telephone numbers to get the refund sent to my account. Then they have the nerve to charge a £8.98 restocking fee, which I find unacceptable, I have not experienced this with any other online retailer. Time spent dealing with refunds is just a cost of doing business. Come on WIT get your act together and sort your processes out, its losing you customers, have you worked out the cost of that?

DON'T BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. They take your money and don't give you a refund. Absolute scammers

I’m so upset and angry with this company. This isn’t my first order from them which is why I trusted them to use again. Bought some TYR lifters as a birthday present while they had their offer on of 20% off. 48 hour delivery apparently!!! A week later no confirmation email. At first they had great communication and they said it was a glitch and a new order has been placed. 5 days later NO CONFIRMATION OF DISPATCH!! Birthday has arrived and no present to give.
No response to emails, until I mentioned I’ll be taking this to trading standards (which I still will be) and then have now said the item I want is out of stock and to pick something else or a refund. The BIZARRE thing is, I can order my item again online? So it’s clearly not out of stock? But the offer price has ended.
I’ve emailed back and now have no response.
I don’t want a refund. I want my shoes I’ve ordered at the price which I’m owed.

I would reiterate all the poor reviews here about the quality of customer service and the frankly farcical £4.99 charge for ‘re-stocking’ if you make a return.

Ordered a lifting belt that was unfortunately too big. No availability of the next size down in the colour I ordered, so I emailed to ask if I could exchange for a different colour (same brand and style) in a smaller size. Received a reply (slowly) that in no way addressed my question. Asked for clarification, again got another generic and useless reply that just mentioned doing a return (for a re-stocking fee, of course, and a new additional delivery charge).

No number to actually be able to speak to someone in customer services in an attempt to resolve, even despite asking.

I’ve had numerous issues along similar lines with WIT; why brands continue to use them as their sole / one of limited UK suppliers is beyond me.

Company seems to represent the absolute antithesis of the values of the fitness / CrossFit community.

Ordered some shoes with next day delivery they don’t come, they then say there’s a problem with the order but stop replying to my emails. Many days gone and Royal Mail do not have my shoes and they have £100 of my money.

If I could give zero stars I would have. This is without doubt the worst company I have ever seen. I’m even to the point of wondering if there is even a company or the whole place is a scam. Take your money and then do nothing. Haven't received anything for my money and I can’t even get an answer to an email. On top of this , no phone number that I can find to
Speak to anyone. Selfish, greedy untrustworthy.
