WLMG Limited Reviews

Honest thorough service throughout my purchase.

Bought an ex demo im5 and it is great
Love the way the car drives still working out what other gadgets there are on the car

For the best discount on the car and this will last me ten years love electric as well

As a single women I always dread buying new cars. I find it stressful. But the staff at the Reading branch were so nice and put me at ease. They did their best to get me what I wanted at my price range. I’d recommend anyone to go there. A shout out to Tony and Matis. Great customer service.

The servicing department were all very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you for making my experience an effortless and happy one.

I have been going to them for 16 years - always a good and honest service received.

Wow. What a place. I didnt know that customer service existed like this any more. I deal with Danil Carr and what a delightful man he is. Nothing was to much trouble. Friendly. Polite. Professional. Nothing was to much trouble and in top of all that I love my car. Thank you WLMG

Reading branch! My new favourite place to buy a car, the staff are helpful, practical and all round brilliant. They made everything easy for me and I felt well informed, I've had experiences with other dealers when being a woman has influenced how they treat me, not at WLMG Reading. If you want to know how to do customer care, other dealers could learn from the team at Reading. Special mention to Tony and Matis. Thank you for getting me everything I wanted and making it easy.

Attention to detail

Had an excellent experience dealing with WLMG Reading from initial conversation with Harry to pick up of our new MGS5. He provided a quote but never put us any pressure to make an instant decision which is reassuring. We went in the next day to accept and took delivery the following week.

Service was great! The team helped find the vehicle that fit my needs and at a price point that worked. It was a seamless process from start to finish and I’d highly recommend!

I always have my car serviced and MOT here. The staff are friendly and the service is professional and thorough.

Good service. Polite, friendly and helpful staff

Polite proffesional excellent communication and a clean car. Well done to Karen and the team!

After having a really disappointing experience with another MG dealership, dealing with WLMG was a completely different experience.

From the start, Adrian and Eithan were extremely helpful and made the whole process easy and straightforward. They listened to exactly what I wanted and managed to get me the car I wanted, in the colour combination I wanted, and at the price I was looking for.

Communication was great throughout and I genuinely felt they wanted to find the right deal for me rather than just make a sale.

After the experience I'd had elsewhere, I really appreciated how smoothly everything was handled by WLMG.

A big thank you guys. I would definitely recommend WLMG to anyone looking to buy an MG.
