Was searching for a specific pair of Solid Gear work boots that weren’t available in any stores in my area, they managed to track down a supplier and get them to me. Its not Amazon so wasnt expecting next day delivery but they kept updating me on shipping and delivery times the boots arrived very quickly. Will definitely be ordering from them again and would encourage others to do the same.

I wrote a review about this company a couple of days ago with reference to The long delivery time however to be fair, I received a phone call from them today explaining the circumstances in which this happened which I take on board and completely appreciate. I’m now expecting my order to turn up tomorrow and this is confirmed by a tracker supplied by the company so with this in mind I’ve edited and changed my review to a four star just to be fair

Got some Blåkläder trousers from Workwear Gurus — proper solid quality, exactly what I needed. Delivery was smooth and they were quick to reply when I had questions about shipping. No complaints.

Recently carried out a warranty claim, due to a malfunction of my Buckbootz. WorkwearGurus we’re right on the case for me and had the matter resolved very quickly, my contact from their team Brian could not have been more helpful and I highly recommend their service. Second to none! I have used WorkwearGurus for a lot of my work PPE and will continue to do so, can’t thank you enough for the continued help and support.

Have been using workwear gurus for quite a while now and not had any issues at all. The service They have given me has been great, second to none. I had a small issue with a case which was successfully sorted out by Brian from the workwear guru team. He was so professional and nothing was too much trouble. I had an issue with my order where an item arrived that was different to what was advertised online. After the item arrived I raised my concerns with customer services and they have gone above and beyond to ensure my issue was rectified.

I ordered a scruffs hoody and the pocket zip broke on first wear (manufacturer fault) I emailed work gurus, I was asked to fill a quick form in and the replacement was here within a couple of days. My initial order was placed on Christmas Eve so I knew it would take a bit longer. I asked roughly when the order would be sent and received the loveliest email. I would certainly recommend for price and customer service.

After a problem occurred. I was asked to contact director Chris. He went above and beyond to settle my problem. He listened and acted to my points of view with sympathy and understanding. He restored my faith in the company. I would highly recommend them. Should I ever need to shop for work wear again I would not hesitate to use them. Thank you again for your understanding .

Kitted out my whole team with Mascot Advanced stretch workwear pants with the knee pads. Great being able to get my hands on European workwear through this website. Pricing was good and delivery to Sydney arrived in just over a week, no issues at all. Good website, great range of brands, great experience overall. Definitely a thumbs up.

Purchased a lovely Carhartt beanie hat and hoodie last week. The whole process was very easy and delivery was quick.

Purchased a pair of Caterpillar Elmore Safety Trainers via Workwear Gurus at just under £100, spending more than I normally do as I was expecting good quality due to the brand name. how wrong was I?
Despite wearing them for only 4 months in a not-particularly hard-wearing environment (Goods in department in a garden centre) they both started to come apart inside at the heel which resulted in extreme discomfort.
Contacted Caterpillar directly stating that they were purchased through another website and were coming apart and they requested photographic proof. After sending them the proof they responded stating that they could not assist as they were not purchased directly from Caterpillar - begs the question why did I have to go to the trouble of taking photos and send them proof of damage in the first place??? Total waste of my time!
Then contacted Workwear Gurus and then again went through the whole process of sending proof of purchase along with various photos. They then responded stating that they would contact Caterpillar regarding the issue directly (uh oh!!) who in-turn declined the claim stating that the damage 'had not been caused by a manufacturing fault'! So I can only assume that Caterpillar are admitting that the damage had been caused by POOR QUALITY. It certainly wasn't caused by my feet or the environment I work in!
I was offered 10% discount if I was to buy another product from them but declined their offer and purchased a pair from a supplier who offered a 6 month warranty.
Following from submitting this review, I was immediately contacted by Workwear Gurus who were not only extremely apologetic for the issues I had experienced but also issued me with a store credit equalling the cost of the shoes plus and additional 10% discount on my next order. To me this level of customer service has gone above and beyond my expectations and Workwear Gurus should be very proud. I would not hesitate in buying from them again, just so long as it is not a Caterpillar product!

Bought a pair of Cotswolds wellies and the strap came off in my hand. Contacted Workwear gurus and explained the issue. They were very kind, professional and prompt at reissuing me with a replacement pair. Thank you.

I bought a pair of safety boots in October last year and about two weeks ago I noticed they had broken. Although the initial delivery took about a week, I received a confirmation email at the time.

I reached out to their customer service regarding the issue and within a week they sent me a replacement pair of boots.
The staff were extremely kind, responded promptly, and even offered some helpful tips.
I will definitely be ordering from them again!

Work trouser purchase. Product different to the picture. Requested refund. Over 10 e mails and a threat from me to refer to Trading Standards. Getting on for a month and still no refund. Buying from Workwear Gurus is the worst online purchase that I have ever endured. As a result I would never ever purchase from the company again.

And finally, there is no way that I would remotely recommend your Workwear Gurus to anyone else. In fact, I would actively warn everyone to avoid your company going forward.
Your company should be hanging it's head in deep shame. This last bit sounds like the review that I will be leaving. 1 star. If I could award a zero as a review I would.

UPDATE. 28th Jan 2025. A week later. I've e just spoken to the MD, Chris Gamlin, a couple of times now as he is unhappy with how things went.
To give him his due he did investigate and apologised. I asked for a refund of the 2 hours of my time that's it's taken dealing with them. That didn't take into account the hassle and stress. He wouldn't do that but offered a smaller credit on my account against a future purchase plus 10%. We are talking about a difference of £26 to sort this. If i went with his offer of 10% to get the difference back for my time I'd need to spend another £260!! I declined his offer and agreed to just leave it and thanked him. His response was that he would respond to this feedback and leave a negative review about my own company as I'd left them one. How would you feel? Im feeling a little threatened by them. As I said, you may wish to not to use Workwear Gurus. I give up.

On reading their response it states that I requested compensation " in order to remove my review". At no point would i ever remove a review. Again, it reflects my experience of this company. I was offered compensation "if" I removed the review. Something not allowed on Trustpilot.
Timings are correct. The refund took longer than stated. I was also charged postage to return the item. I had to request a seperate refund for this.

Have been ordering regularly from them for a couple of years now and always found a really good range of available products, great quality when they arrive, and excellent customers service and delivery. Would definitely recommend
