Cheapest I could these Blaklader trousers and they got delivered quickly. Can't say much better than that. Happy customer here.

Bought a waterproof winter jacket with them a while ago and still using it everyday. Very Sturdy composition and good value for price.

Good product selection and speedy delivery.

I made a mistake with the delivery address and their customer service fixed it promptly so all went incredibly smooth.

Firstly - Slow to deliver @ a week
Then - Shorts were too small so I sent back for refund
There was a lot of to and fro before a resolution was found, they did resolve the issue - communications could have been better but they showed good will and did refund.

Had my ordered delayed a bit due to supplier issues, but andrei was very kinda and gentle to ring me and explain me the situation and reassure me. Exceptional Customer service.

Bought a pair of Helly Hansen Manchester boots which were supposed to be Waterproof. As soon as it rains the boots let water in from the tongue. Not what you would expect for £147 boots. Contacted customer service where Brian was extremely helpful and efficient in arranging a full refund as an exchange was pointless as clearly a design flaw with the boots. Great customer service thanks Brian.

Purchased pair of Apache Ranger Waterproof Hiker Safety Boots on Sunday says working 2-3days shipping order to my address not had any confirmation on them being dispatched yet if don't get anything from Work Wear Gurus by weekend I would like a full refund for this item

Bought some work boots from this tribe, they fell apart within 8 weeks. I supplied evidence of the boots in an email as there is no contact number to get them on. My emails have been ignored and I’m without a pair of boots and unable to go until I source more. I am in contact with trading standards. Absolutely atrocious from a seemingly reputable company.

If you are looking at ordering anything from them then I would avoid. They sell nothing but crap and customer service is non existent

Ordered couple of T-shirts and trousers for our company which altogether came to 50+ items, the quality of the garments was spot on along with customised logos. price provided was quite reasonable for our bulk order. Service provided by the guy’s was top notch, everything was perfectly handled from start to finish of the order. Must say I was really surprised at my first time with you guys. Highly recommend working with you guys in future.

I bought a pair of boots 5 months back, which the sole came of after using it for 4 months. I applied for warranty as per the website warranty policy and Andrei was spot on in getting it sorted with the supplier in 1-2 weeks timing and sending me a replacement.

Excellent customer service.very friendly and efficient. I ordered a pair of boots which went out of stock. But Andrei was spot on and suggested an alternative which was way better and then the boots I ordered. And refunded me the difference for my order
