Brilliant company to deal with. Very helpful on the phone and email, orders dispatch quickly. Cant fault them!

I phoned for advice to check specifications for a pool skimmer and found Steve to be super helpful. I am confident the replacement skimmer I ordered will be suitable as a replacement, with an extension collar also supplied. I have been very pleased with previous orders from 1st Direct Pools, excellent value for money and fast delivery.

I dealt with Steve Batey, service was immidiate even though we had a lot of questions which were all answered straight away, some out of hours, but got exactly what we needed (hopefully) payments were a breeze and very knowledgeable very helpful and great prices as well.

Have dealt with 1st Direct Pools for a couple of years now and always had great service.
If a part isn’t obvious on the website, a quick phone call and one of the great sales team will find it. If it’s not something they stock, they will go out of their way to contact other suppliers to find it.
With free next-day delivery over £60 order and retail prices that are generally better than certain “trade only” pool supply companies, they’re my go-to for all things pool and hot-tub related.

Prices looked competitive but had a problem with a coupon I was trying to use and contacted 1st Direct. Steve sorted out the problem quickly, I got my little discount and now a happy convert to 1stDirect.

Steve Batey dealt with my swimming pool cover very quickly and professionally. I had made a mistake in filling out the online form. Steve emailed me to point this out then we had 2 phone calls to ensure everything was correct with the order. I await delivery but really happy with my experience so far.

Needed a hard to source pool filter but had no luck with several companies, contacted first direct and Bryan Benjafield informed me that he had none but he went the extra mile and managed to source one. Delivered within a week. Will use again
