I ordered a sweatshirt on August 28th and returned it a week later because it was too small. It's now been almost two months, and I still haven't received a refund. I’ve called up multiple times and have been told the refund would be processed, but it hasn't been. I've also sent multiple emails with no response. Really unprofessional and frustrating, looks like I’ll have to be going through my bank to get this sorted out.

I've ordered a few things from them and I've been really really happy with the quality of the items, they look and feel great then and now.
However, when I returned one item, I didn't hear anything from them even though I got in touch twice (turns out it went to spam). I only got word back after posting a review here but regardless, I appreciate that they helped to sort the situation out.

Order came really fast and product is quality!
Also when the Delivery courier left parcel on doorstep, my parcel got stolen and they sent me a new one for free. Absolute legends. Will be buying more of their stuff for sure!
Have 2 shirts from this brand and they are both excellent quality and have held up well with time.
Will continue using them in the future and would highly recommend to others.

I initially had a poor experience with Alma De Ace due to issues with their customer service and return process. After returning two shirts on 25/04/24, I waited over a month to get a refund despite multiple emails and calls. However, after writing a review on Trustpilot, they refunded my order and provided a gift voucher. While it’s disappointing it took a public review to get my issue resolved, I appreciate their effort to rectify the situation.

Bought a couple of track tops in different sizes to compare, and returned the ones that were too big. The customer service was excellent and the products even more so.
Great to see an independent brand doing it properly - will definitely be using these guys again, cannot recommend enough.
-Ordered items on 6 December (ALMA-28957).
-No shipping update by 12 December so I asked to cancel the order as they wouldn't arrive in time before going away for Christmas.
-No response and conveniently my items were shipped later that day (arrived a few days later).
-Printed returns label (that you have to pay for!) and returned the items just after Christmas.
-Received automated confirmation that returns had been received on 4th Jan.
-No sign of refund so followed up by email on 17th Jan and Whatsapp (suggested form of communication) on 18th Jan.
Still no reply on any of my communication and no sign of the refund being processed. Incredibly poor customer service in this day and age when 99% of companies are able to respond within a few days or at least send a holding email to give you reassurance. Currently £245 + return postage out of pocket and have no idea what's going on.
Update: apology email received and refund submitted shortly after leaving review.

Still waiting for a refund which was delivered at their compound on the 6th of december.
Already wrote several emails that included the proof op delivery and tracking number.

This company is great to deal with, email responses are quick and hassle free. No quibbles when it comes to returning or exchanging items, just great customer service all round, thank you!
Ordered on Nov, 21st, didn’t receive any package and the tracking number they gave is « not found ». I tried to contacted them already a few times without any answer.
Update: They contacted me right after I posted this review and told me that my package was lost. Everything was then out of stock. I had to change the sizes of 2 products and received a refund for the 3rd one. Bad experience overall.

Clothes are always great, customer service was good too as I wanted to return something and get it swapped over real quick and they were on to it.

Terrible customer service. I am due a refund of £124 and its almost over a month and still not received anything. I had to chase it up and even though they told me it will be sorted 'this week' (that week has now passed) still nothing. I am now being ignored on my emails and Instagram DMs. Shocking I would avoid at all costs even though they have nice clothes.

Be carreful, the clothes are huge. I took M (1,80m) & its way too large for me. I bought one shirt 3 years ago and the size is different.

Customer service is very good. They reply promptly, are friendly and are always willing to help with enquiries. Also, love the style of the brand! Alma De Ace are some of the best items in my wardrobe.
