Received shorts and a sweater and everything seems very nice. The fabric feels thick and of high quality and the items themselves are very beautiful.
Had a few pieces from here which have all been great!
Fantastic company - I lost a jacket that was limited edition and they made sure to do everything they could to get me a replacement and also discounted price. The quality of everything is also second to none. Couldn’t recommend it enough!!
My return was received on 12th January. I have emailed Alma De Ace a total of 7 times chasing for the refund and am yet to receive it. Most of my emails have been ignored but I was told on the 31st Jan that I would get a refund in a few days which did not happen. Altogether I am owed £170 (and I paid for a tracked return on top of this). Real shame because I like the clothes but would never order again on the basis of this experience.

Sizing way off so had to return. 2 weeks after they confirmed they have received it still no refund! No communication from there after several emails sent. Very poor considering the price of there products.

I follow quite a few independent brands and Alme De Ace is one of the brands at the top of my list. They have a unique retro style and their garments are also really good in quality. I’ve always been satisfied with my purchases and also their customer care. They’re a brand I recommend if you’re looking for that 90’s retro style 🤩
Refunds are shocking. 18/01/23 email received informing my return had been received. After numerous emails sent with no replies and calls made, by me. I finally received my refund on 8th February. This would not of been processed without my constant contact with the company. I now have the same issue again an email informing me of my return 06/02/23 and it is now the 23/02/23 and still no refund. I have noticed I am not the only one to complain about refunds.
Its such a shame as the quality of the goods are great and I would order again and again, but I am reluctant to due to the long wait when I send something back.

Alma de ace, through no fault of their own, Royal Mail lost my delivery. I talked with Seb, the founder/owner and we resolved this. Seb cares and you can see that. Would recommend.

Placed an order but then needed to make an amendment. Sent an email requesting the change and received an instant response acknowledging the order update (all communication was during the evening as well). Order was dispatched the next day and the item was great quality.

I ordered from Alma de Ace in May and returned all items apart from one t-shirt due to the sleeves being way too big on the sweatshirts.
I spoke with a member of staff in June, who confirmed that they received all items in the post and that I should be refunded.
I still have not received a refund of £75 on my Paypal after the owner said "hopefully I should be refunded" in early August, and since then I have heard nothing regarding it, even after calling and chasing up multiple times by email.
Do not buy from this company, they do not refund what is owed and also have the worst customer service I've experienced from any online clothing company.

Great shirt, very comfortable, a little thicker than I imagined but will make a better fall/winter shirt!
Regarding my order, number 24422.
I thought I was going to love this brand, their products look very good & when I received my order I was initially very pleased with the overall quality of the packaging and product.
However, there was a noticeable stain on one of the sleeves so I returned the product asking for a replacement.
A week or so went by with no response so I emailed & a few days later I finally got an email saying the product was out of stock & they asked if I wanted a different product as a replacement or a refund.
I asked for a refund because there wasn’t anything on their store that initially stood out to me as an alternative.
This was 2 weeks ago now & I’ve had no further emails or my refund yet. I have sent multiple emails during this period & had no response.
This is a real shame as I had high hopes for this brand.

My son loves these products and I have ordered a couple of times. Delivery is very fast, but I would like my refund for order 24504. I had an email on 2nd September stating you had received my returns but it still hasn’t been processed. I have tried to call, but it’s goes straight to voicemail. I have sent an email to your enquiries email address but no response. I paid through ClearPay and if this isn’t processed, I will have to make two payments on the 19th for an order I have returned and that you say you have received.

Im happy with the Sweater and 2 T-shirts I ordered, they fit well, look great, feel good and were delivered fast. I love the designs, you guys should make more.
