Fitted a new water softener, delivered and installed on time, very professional and explained use. Would highly recommend Atlantis and will continue to use them for servicing.

Very professional and did what we wanted. Fault diagnosed our existing Atlantis water softener, gave us a price for repairs and replacement appliance. In the end we decided to go with a new appliance having had the previous one for 11 years. Highly recommended.

Pleasant young man who explained the problems and cost involved with repair against replacement. No pressure either way, presented both sides. Clean, tidy, polite engineer who knows his job. Carried out the replacement efficiently and professionally.

My 6 year old Atlantis210 developed a very slight leak. Having spoken To Mark in their servicing department and offered either some replacement seals or a service engineer, I decided on the former option and received the required parts the following day. Mark talked me through the very simple procedure (only screwdriver required) and within 5 minutes the problem was resolved. What a pleasant, helpful and thoroughly professional company to deal with.

We have had an Atlantis water softener for almost 30 years. It works extremely well and is cost effective. We do not need to replace our washing machine or dishwasher very often and our water always lathers up well. The after sales service from Atlantis is first class. Their office staff and service engineer are really helpful and thorough. I would highly recommend this company.

Fantastic product and service. I purchased model aT210 years ago and was very happy with how simple it was to use. Then it stopped working and COVID 19. So no soft water - with three bathrooms to clean!
Today I phoned Atlantis and spoke to Jane. She asked for photos of installation and rang me back very promptly. Somehow the by-pass valve had been turned the wrong way. 90 degree turn and bingo! All working. Now that's service for you.
If it hadn't been that easy they would have arranged to have the softner picked up, fixed and by courier as we are out of their service area. I don't think you can ask for better service. Thank you Atlantis and all your staff. Thank goodness you've managed to weather the COVID horrific distruption for so many businesses.
