It's imposible to access my digital tickets

I've been contacting support for three days to log in my account and nothing has been solved. On the contrary, i've been silenced by the company saying that all my emails or replies wouldn't been taking into account after a petition for refund since i'm not able to access to my tickets. I am being denied access to a digital product that I have already purchased, which may constitute a failure to provide the contracted service and a potential breach of consumer protection principles.

So helpful-- within a short window of time my guide had my issue solved and I had spent hours on the phone with another vendor with no solve. Thanks so much for your support service, I will choose this company again now because of this experience.

Talia H was the agent I used

Talia H was the agent I used. Super rude. Super unhelpful and not sympathetic at all. I tried to buy tickets from AXS and it gave me a payment error. So I had my husband tried and it went through however, I saw that the charge did end up going through. They did not try to help at all and basically said I had to eat the cost even though it was an issue with their website.

Constant errors, unusable app

I honestly don’t understand how this app is still this broken. Every time I try to use AXS, I get flagged with the “Are you a real fan?” message, even when I’m just casually browsing or trying to purchase tickets like a normal user.
I’ve tried everything—different devices, Wi-Fi vs. cellular, reinstalling the app, clearing cache—and nothing fixes it. It feels like the system is designed to block real customers instead of bots.
This isn’t a one-time issue either. It happens consistently, which makes the app unreliable and incredibly frustrating, especially when trying to buy tickets for high-demand events.
If your anti-bot system is this aggressive and inaccurate, it’s doing more harm than good. At this point, I avoid events that require AXS because I can’t trust the app to work when it matters.

Allow me to start off by saying I had an awful experience trying to use your site to locate my tickets. I never got an email confirming my purchase and each time I tried logging in - I never got an email allowing me to verify my account. I FINALLY was fortunate to connect with agent Tracy who patiently guided me through the many steps to find my account , verify my purchase, and confirm my tickets would be able to be downloaded at the time of the concert. She walked me through each step with professionalism and friendliness. She allayed my fears of not having tickets which I know I paid for - and she kindly affirmed I am not the only one this happens to. She’s a terrific asset to the company!! Your site, on the other hand, is a nightmare. I’m hoping I never have to deal with this site again after my concert - but if I do - I hope it’s Tracy I get to help me plod through the debacle.
It would be much easier if you had a contact phone number rather than chatting online with something that doesn’t understand my quandary. Thank you for reading this. GO TRACY!!!!!

AXS is THE WORST company I've had to…

AXS is THE WORST company I've had to deal with.
I booked online got my tickets through them and the app switched the time and sent me tickets with the wrong time. I booked for 1:30 in the afternoon and they sent me tickets for 9:00 a.m.
When I finally got through to them I spent 45 minutes on the phone with them and they charged me more money to try and redo my tickets because it was by phone as opposed to online. I ended up paying for their mistake. If I could I would give them a no star review.
I will say the gentleman who started out helping me was very polite and tried his best.
Management apparently does not allow their people to fix problems. I will never do business with them again, EVER.

Genuinely THE worst customer service I have EVER experienced regarding concert tickets. I decided to resale my tickets and was having difficulties. The chat makes you wait behind (magically) 29 people, everytime i got on. Once you finally do get on, they will take 5 minutes between each response they give, and the responses they do give do NOT answer your questions. I mean holy what awful service. Please buy your tickets elsewhere because if anything goes wrong you are on your own. they do not care.

Incompetence on every level

Incompetence on every level. This is unsustainable for a company to operate the way they do. Let's all pray that they will get bought out by a company that knows what they're doing.
