Helping a Boomer!

Joseph was able to help me with a complex issue with my account and two email addresses and the concert being the next day, and he stayed patient with me and helped me resolve it.

Adam S Provided Great Customer Service

Adam S. helped me to the best possible extent that he could. I had purchased Clubhouse tickets for me and my 16-year-old; however, the landing page for the ticket purchase did not mention that there was a 21+ age restriction. In fact, the FAQ on the Clubhouse landing page said the concert was open to all ages, and there was no mention that the Clubhouse section was age restricted. I did not find that out until exploring other pages for the Just Like Heaven concert. Despite "all sales are final" catch-all, Adam S. submitted the refund request for me and noted that there should not be any issues as that age caveat should have been listed on the landing page. Adam S was gracious, informative, and as helpful as he could be, all without being condescending. He provided great customer service and was patient in answering all my questions. Five stars for Adam S. but two stars for the actual ticket purchasing snafu as I now need to wait 5+ business days for the refund to purchase unrestricted age tickets.

Makayla for President

Makayla is my lifesaver!! I frantically purchased tickets in the middle of a nasty Texas storm with the power flickering in and out. In my frazzled state, I apparently typed the wrong email address.

One minor misspelling equals one major heart attack when you're trying to track down tickets! She found them, got them transferred to the correct account, and saved an entire surprise for my boyfriend.

Yes, my love is a 51-year-old man who loves a solid breakup song, so off to the Grand Ole Opry we go! 🎶

Ticket #12599738: Overdue Refund - Order 1140137666 - Dr Jordan B Peterson Newcastle 27 March 2026 (CANCELLED I haven’t received my refund, I bought the tickets online using my debit card which hasn’t changed. It’s been 9 weeks since I was notified of the event cancellation.
