Very good customer service with a real person

Casey was very helpful in helping me get access to my tickets in my AXS account that I had accidentally set up using "hide my email" via AppleID

SCAM. Stay away!

Bought tickets to the Colorado Auto Show. No tickets and no e-mail confirmation, but my credit card was successfully charged. HOURS later - no tickets. Waiting at the entrance to the evenue. Their website has a Live Chat Help, which tells me they're closed on weekends (great). Their help article tells me "tickets will arrive within 24hrs". What is this?! Then it tells me if your event starts within a few hours, to call their 1-888 number - which predictably - has no one answering their calls on weekends.

Total scam, and a joke of a company. Stay away!

The mobile app sux as with the.over…

The mobile app sux as with the.over hour wait to speak someone. There were several other people who was having the same issue last night. I had to pay for parking, because the mobile site wouldn't work. Then, I went to the box office to try to retrieve my tickets. After missing about an hour of the show (although I arrived an HOUR before the show begin), i finally received my tickets. I would gladly purchase from a secondary business, before I ever purchase anything through AXS. After reading all of the other complaints, how is this place still in business????

I reached out to upgrade my tickets, lost connection with the first rep, but then Tasha C. came to save the day. She exchange my tickets successfully. I appreciate her so much. She sent me my receipts and everything. Outstanding Service!

Terrible

I’m am typing this review while I am currently at 1 hour and 3 minutes on hold waiting on a customer service rep just to ANSWER the phone to resolve a technical problem with my $450 ticket purchase. Day #2 and phone call #4 by the way in an attempt to speak with someone. I can’t imagine if I had an issue right before the concert. I would have missed most of the show. Definitely do not recommend this company.
