Different and Great Online Banking Experience!!
It's a great new online banking experience, not compared to any traditional bank, but it's great! Opening the account online was a smooth process and the functionalities of the account are great, particularly the invoicing, integration with accounting software, and the calendar view where you can track the money coming in and going out on the calendar which really helps to manage the cashflow. I would just suggest Azlo to include the capability to add users to the account.

Denied an account for no reason stated
Denied an account for no reason stated. Even though the Fair Credit Reporting Act requires banks to tell the reason for declination they declined.
As well, they falsely claim they need to keep records of accounts that are never opened (i.e. declined or customer backs out) for 5 years. Again I checked the federal law on this and it is not that cut and dry.
I encourage everyone thinking about opening an account with Azlo to do your research, check the laws. I feel these guys are scammers or, at a minimum, up to something shady with all the information they are collecting.
I have hired counsel and in the process of filing complaints with the appropriate federal agencies.

Azlo's where it's at!!
Azlo has been, and continues to be, very responsive. They send out emails for marketing strategies and the such to help us do and be our best. I am absolutely pleased with my business banking account and have already referred them to a friend!

AMAZING, FEATURE PACKED BUSINESS BANKING!
If you are a business... then Azlo is the bank you need to use! I love everything about this bank. It has up to date features, higher daily transfer limits than traditional local banks, the ability to invoice right from within your account, the ability to see your Stripe (Square or Paypal too) account, bill pay etc. The app is intuitive and easy to navigate. Customer service is amazing. You will not be disappointed.

I Feel Heard and Taken Care of with Azlo
Since the day that I applied to open a business account with Azlo it has been a wonderfully satisfying experience. The customer service is topnotch and the response time is quick. I feel heard and taken care of. Fantastic bank to work with, highly recommended!

Like driving a tricycle through the mud
Banking with Azlo is like driving a tricycle through the mud. It took me so many hoops to get vetted with them, even though I already had all my ducks in a row, and had had a business banking account with another bank. Then I hooked up my CapitalOne checking account so I could easily transfer money to my Azlo business account, But that no longer works. So they suggested I set up my debit card from my Capital One account to transfer money into my Azlo account. That didn’t work either. Lastly, and sadly, they list their phone number which never has worked since I’ve opened this account. Business banking should be an easy convenient thing, yet they’ve made it way too difficult to do any business with my account. I just don’t get it. You should think hard about opening a business account here before you pull the trigger.

Huge Waste of Time
Azlo can answer this with their canned message, which gives zero reason for rejecting upstanding businesses with no past banking or credit issues.
My guess is they are simply compiling data to sell off to other banks, lenders, etc.. They have refused to remove my data from their system, claiming they need to keep it for 5 years by law. While this is true on most records, they never actually opened an account for my business.
I have filed a number of complaints with the appropriate federal government agencies, and I will be pursuing this to the bloody end.

Denied a business account
I have excellent credit with high credit limits and was denied a business account even though my industry is not excluded. I am an audiobook and book publishing house with an EIN and profits. Looks like Novo it is. Don't waste your time on Azlo.

I was denied an account three times. I am a food & bev manufacturer with wholesale accounts and DTC revenue. WHO Azlo is looking for- who the hells knows???! Makes no sense to me. Also, they should be MORE CLEAR about exactly who and what businesses they want to have accounts.

I was denied although my business falls under their requirements. I sent them all required documents and still denied me an account. Business is music entertainment industry and they refused to give me a account. I suggest people stay away from them and go with Novo or Axos instead

I think you guys need to communicate better. My check did not got deposited due to missing info in the back of the check and all I got was an email which I saw a week later. It will be better to get a text msg right away or a phone call or an app msg.
