In my experience the merchant service businesses are selling a commodity. Sure you might be able to save money by jumping servicer to servicer, but what has kept me with BAMS is the level of attentiveness. I can honestly say that the level of attentiveness and interest I receive from my account manager is second to none. And I handle a lot of vendor relationships.

Ashley has been amazing. Over 24 years in business I have had literally over a hundred different processors call me. BAMS definitely not only saved me money but the customer service is 5star! I am a difficult person to contact in regards to this area as I have dealt with too many who did not do what was promised. Ashley has! Extremely happy and highly recommend.

Top notch customer service! You can get a live person from customer support on the phone right away. Lori is stellar, always responsive and quick to resolve any issue.

We had our first chargeback with BAMS. I was quite upset as the customer's purchasing department and financial department did not communicate; and this was not a fraudulent chargeback. I received documentation from the customer stating it was not fraud, but AMEX denied it because the card was not present. Even though it was for a very small amount, I did not want a chargeback on our record. Alex Braunshteyn was extremely helpful with MANY back and forth emails and had our chargeback reversed. The dedication and follow through on Alex's part was exceptional. BAMS is very lucky to have such an awesome employee!! I will continue to recommend BAMS to all my business associates.

Ashley Moore took several phone calls to help me through the initial onboarding and troubleshooting when I engaged BAMS for our company.
