My entire business experience with BAMS has been GREAT. Our Representative Alex Braunshteyn has been more than I ever expected. His customer service to me has always been beyond measure, he has helped me on many different levels to make this partnership successful. He answers every question, handles ever situation with respect and kindness. We think he is amazing.

Olga has been great and the system a great improvement over our previous providers.

Olga is awesome. Previous to this we had been using PayPal PayFlow and PayPal Pro, but their service fell off a cliff and we experienced a lot of problems. So we heard about BAMS from another vendor and decided to leave PayPal for good. Olga onboarded all of our stores and worked through all the big and little things we needed to run smooth.

Olga is very responsive and nice to work with.

Olga was great. She walked me through the entire contract per my request so I could understand each charge. She not only explained everything to me she also cut my monthly and yearly cost by more than 50%!!! She was caring, knowledgeable and trustworthy. My only regret was not changing over much sooner. Highly recommend her!

Over the 18 years that we have been in business we have used about 4 different credit card processing companies. I have been using BAMS for a few months now. If the 1st few months are any indication we won't be switching again! They are the 1st company that we have worked with that actually does everything that they say they will do. Very responsive and quick to act.
