I have been using BAMS for several years now. My account rep Olga is great, very responsive and has given me great customer service from the very beginning. I highly recommend them!

I've been working with BAMS for four years, and during those four years I have experienced the best customer service of my career from them. Every time I have a question or a dispute or any other possible issue, they are right there on the phone for me. Everyone I speak with is friendly and helpful. It's exceedingly rare these days to have such a relationship with a credit card processor, and I value it very much.

We've been working with BAMS for over 6 years now, and our experience has been outstanding, largely thanks to Olga, our Business Development Manager. Olga is incredibly responsive and always available when we need her. She was a huge help during our account setup, secured amazing rates for us, and made our transition and system integration super smooth. Her dedication and professionalism have truly helped us. Ashley is great! We did lots of research to find a better merchant service company. The one we had was super expensive and no customer service. Ashley helped with the switch as was there every step of the way. Now if we have issues I know help is just a call or email away to a real person and we are saving money each month as well.

I chose to make the move to BAMS after extensive research of other merchant service providers. Our previous provider's customer service prompted me to look elsewhere. We made the switch August 2023 for both the profit and non-profit arms of the company.
The switch was made seamless by Ashley. The customer service is outstanding. I am able to contact a real person in minutes with questions. The online access to the account is awesome.
There is the added bonus that we are saving money on processing too. I have nothing bad to say.
