Was contacted by a telemarketer a few times and blew them off at first. After listening to their presentation, they assured me our business could lower or fee rates by almost a whole % point. Set up was easy and CC terminals were tested and mailed to our location. The reporting system is easy to use and very user friendly. The only issue I have with the system is we are unable to void or refund a transaction if it is over 25 minutes old, in order to refund something older would require a representative to initiate, however whenever a request has been made for a refund it is always processed ASAP by the BAMs team and have never had an issue!

They did what they said they would do and had the best pricing

BAMS was able to assist in getting the answers needed to resolve our chargeback situation. The chargeback was resolved in our favor.

We have been working with Olga and BAMS for many years now. They have been versy successful at getting and keeping our card processing rates very low. Olga is also very quick to respond to any questions. We have been having scam calls from "merchant services" who try to convince you they are legit, I contact Olga when I get these calls to see what true and what's not as we can trust her and so can you!
