It’s not easy or navigable. I have to jump through hoops to transfer money or deposit money or do anything. I’ve had to call customer service 3 times to be able to do anything. I get secure but this is ridiculous.

Very easy to work with, clear and responsive communication.

It was easy enough to setup first opening payment with debit, but you had to go to external processor to link account after, the features to add external funds also takes to you to an external site, that is impossible to navigate back after you transfer, which majorly reduces ease of use, thought it's for money market funds so have to switch back is not a huge problem... (Multiple bookmarks work).

The few times that called needing help and guidance, it wasn't a long wait and the rep. helping me was always friendly and even better helpfull.

Easy to open up an account online and they verify with a Zoom meeting and my license. Excellent service.

Very easy to set up

Opening an account was easy and so was adding an external account .

Great experience so far. This is the only bank I have found which offers 4% APY on a checking account with all of a debit card, FedNow and Zelle, but without any high minimum balance requirements. Also, my reviewer was friendly and processed my new account application within a day or two after I submitted it, without any lengthy wait on my part.

I received excellent Customer Service from a representative by the name of Steven. He was courteous, informative, and professional.

There was a system update that disrupted by bill payments. I called customer service, and they have repeatedly blamed me for the disruption. I have incurred 2 late charges,one that has been reimbursed to me by bank5,but the other one remains. I have not only been charged a late fee but also interest on that late fee. The customer rep, Kyle Medeiros, has repeatedly blamed me.

Customer service has always been excellent at Bank5 Connect. It’s always been quick and easy to actually talk with a live person on the phone and successfully accomplish whatever I called about.

Easy to open an account very good interest rate, wonderful customer service.

The application process was OK. While 'processing', you kept asking me to upload documents, but the login I created wouldn't work, so had to keep contacting customer service via email. If you want verification of the address, be specific and ask for a copy of a utility bill. All this delayed the opening of the account.

Just started opening my online account with Bank5 Connect. I chose them because of their great rates, but I love them because of their service. Well, also, I am a NE gal actually born in Massachusetts and now I have a connection, lol. All the people that I’ve worked that have been tremendous thank you, don’t hesitate if you want to open that account. To Veronica, Cynthia and I think maybe Lisa on great thank you.

We received our debit cards very quickly & external transfers have been flawless. I had to call and got excellent care from customer service. So glad we made the switch!!

Easy to set the account online. After 3 days your funds from your other institution are deposited. Great experience.

There were some inconsistencies in the answers to questions by Customer Service. I had to call multiple times before getting a clarification.
