Good so far
A bit slow at responding but otherwise so far so good! Customer service seems nice and knowledgeable but technology for online banking is below the standard I would have thought.

They locked me out for some unexplained verification reason. Said they would call back when it was fixed. It’s been a week and still won’t let me do anything. Just trying to transfer money to them.

Funds transfer setup and support was not helpful calls after calls still cannot get it resolved!

I tried to connect with another bank…
I tried to connect with another bank for transfers but it wasn't the usual type of connection and it didn't work. Usually, the bank would send two very low deposits to the different bank, I confirm the transactions, the bank is then connected and the funds returned. Bank 5, instead, tried to connect to my bank which appeared to lock up. Maybe it was just taking a long time to connect but I'm not going to trust holding on, for a lengthly amount of time, with my information being at risk. I'm a little worried about the Bank5 website. It seems like an old school setup and I'm concerned about the safety of using it. Their, no responsibility for lost transfers (IN BOLD LETTERING) isn't sitting well either, especially, after trying to connect to my other bank.

The web application is terrible
The web application is terrible, external transfers are blocked, it does not allow funds to be deposited from the bank entity itself.
Being repetitive with sending money to 5 Connect bank (?) from the website, it turns out they have blocked any action for me. Attention, for sending money... I don't even want to think about what happens with withdrawals, although I discovered it was $6,000 daily and 15,000 monthly.
You open a message and they tell you to call the phone number xxx and ask for Spanish, I haven't been able to do it, there's no option.
Recommendation, they pay well, but the rest doesn't work too well for them.
Now I'm even having difficulty getting back the initial deposit. What a shame.
