Very Good Service and Website!
Everything has been great so far, and it was relatively easy to open a new account. When I tried to fund it from my business checking, I received a phone call from a very competent rep (Kyle) explaining that I needed to fund it from a personal checking account. My only "complaint" is they only allow an ACH transfer of I think $16k per month, which is crazy low. You have to do a wire transfer for a larger amount, which of course carries a charge. I like the 4% interest currently being offered, so we'll see how long that lasts.

External bank set up fails.
Trying to get the external bank set up, kept getting denied. Went to competitor, worked right the first time. My Bank5 account is still in not-completed state. leaving it there until they see it isn't done, and clean it up.
Update:
With the help from tech support the account is now working correctly. Thank you.

Terrible customer service
When you don't need help or to talk to anyone this bank is fine. Their rates are ok and no fees. However, their customer service is terrible and their website is aweful. First, you must accept their cookies in order to log into your account. Second, you cannot use Zelle to receive money. You will get an error message saying to call their customer support line, wait on hold for 10+ minutes then they will just tell you to figure it out on your own.

Would have been 5 stars because the customer service was great and it was so much easier and convenient to do the deposit by picture option, but the 5 day wait actually wound up being 6 days as I had deposited the check on a Monday morning and it hadn’t cleared until the following Tuesday.
