I needed an extension for a gas fire flue, and was about to give up looking when I found this firm. Customer service staff were extremely helpful and courteous, going out of their way to sort me out, even when I mistakenly gave them the incorrect part number. They checked and rechecked with the supplier about the delivery, and kept in contact with me throughout. Full marks to this firm

Swift service from Banyo, who arranged prompt deliver of a shower door. I had originally ordered the door from another retailer who went into liquidation shortly after the order was placed. Banyo were helpful and efficient in getting a replacement sent to me within days.

What a very pleasant experience in this day and age to actually be able to speak to someone and feel like a valued customer.
Placing my order was easy and straight forward. They kept me informed and I’m delighted to say my gas fire arrived on time as promised. I would have no hesitation in recommending Banyo. Also their goods are very competitively priced.

I was worried about using an online company for my bathrooms. I assumed there would be delivery delays and the usual poor customer service. Not here. They couldn’t have been any better in any way. From checking stock and delivery directly with Matki whilst I was in the phone, advising where I could see the enclosures near to where I live, and keeping me up to date with delivery. Yasser was knowledgeable and made everything easy. Their delivery driver was also fantastic- careful and helpful when I was the only one on site when he arrived. To top everything the price was good too. Have been recommending this company ever since and will be using them again shortly for the next bathroom. You don’t find many companies like this anymore

I had mislaid an invoice form 2021 for a Franke sink and taps that I needed for proof of purchase due to a product defect.

Lowest price for the Blanco sink and tap that I'm looking for, and amazing service. Allowed me to add £10 for speedy delivery, I got my products in 2 working days. Everything can be done via their online chat. Very easy communication. Received a call after delivery to make sure if everything is ok and if I'm happy with the service. I can't recommend this enough. Will definitely come back if I need more.
