Was worried it was a scam as their website had issues with posting (hope they get this fixed) - phoned them up and they were really helpful - great communication, friendly service and a very good price.

Gas heater was delivered the following day after expecting an advertised 4 week lead time from order.

I used this company because the reviews and the price compared well. The communication has been excellent. However, there was an issue with the online payment which had not included a delivery charge and evidently should have done. so this needed to be paid separately which was a faff. Good company and very pleased with the sink purchase but worth checking this issue with Banyo if you intend to order?

Fast efficient delivery, competitive prices

Ordered a bath. Didn't arrive when expected so had to phone up up find out why. Turns out it was damaged so a new one was ordered but was going to take a further week which we didn't have. However they managed to do a special delivery for the following day which was excellent

I rarely leave reviews, but feel compelled to do so with Banyo. They have been totally professional from the first call, right the way through order updates and finally to delivery. They called my manufacturer to check details and called me right back with answers several times. Likewise with delivery - I was kept fully in the loop throughout. Their customer service has been exceptional. This is a genuine review. I can’t recommend them enough.

First time customer, purchased kitchen sink. The service I received from order to delivery was excellent. There was a slight problem with the website which Yasser picked up on before I noticed. He sent a link for further information and processed my order without delay. Delivery was made 4 days earlier than promised. Will definitely use Banyo again. Thanks Yasser.

The team were great at communicating for a shower tray. The item was factory order only, they informed me of the lead time and if I wanted to proceed. Once they had received the tray, they called me to confirm it was on the way and emailed the tracking information. Professional, clear communication and ahead of schedule!
