What brilliant Customer Service, I sent an email to query an order and I received a telephone call the following morning and the enquiry was dealt with completely and very efficiently.

My experience was great! I was attended quickly, I was told the information requested with specific detail, sales representative understood my urgency and manage to perform perfectly.

Cannot rate Banyo highly enough, the right quality product, excellent prices, honest inexpensive fast delivery, and Yasser in customer services kept me informed every step of the way. Ordered on a Saturday and arrived Tuesday morning. Fantastic service that is all too rare these days. Wish I could give more than 5 stars! Will definitely use again.

Banyo was able to source the Franke tap finish I couldn't get anywhere else. I was able to make an enquiry by phone and someone was there to answer my question immediately. Tap sourced, informed when Banyo received the tap and how it was to be delivered which was a next day delivery. Kept up-dated by Yasser. Great Old Fashioned Customer Service.

Third time lucky. The company was very good in all aspects except being let down by their supplier. Two of the taps were damaged. I have to say that Yasser, in customer service, was first rate at sorting out all the problems, so all that remains is fitting the tap.

I placed my order with lots of help from Yasser. Unfortunately it arrived damaged with Banyo, but he made a huge effort to get a replacement to me as quickly as possible. Its a great bath and a very helpful company.

Excellent, attentive and responsive service

Banyo stocked the Elica Dolce chimney extractor at the best price. It is a beautiful appliance and looks amazing in the new kitchen. It was very easy to install and has an easily removable cover for maintenance. I haven't commissioned it yet but Elica is a known brand to me so I know I won't be disappointed. And the Banyo team is lovely and their customer service brilliant.
