Failure to ship internationally
First the company could not send to the country supported by their shop. Then I tried to have it delivered to Germany, but on their first attempt (about a month after payment and my personal reminder, they put too little postage on it, so that my organised receiver rejected the shipment (just about a euro too little).. then they sent it with DHL, but forgot to add a custom declaration, so I had to pay an extra fee of 32 euro to receive my replacement remote control)

As previously mentioned, we regret that we were unable to ship to Thailand. Upon identifying this issue, we promptly reached out to inform you and processed a refund for your order. Our site has since been updated to accurately reflect the countries we serve. You subsequently placed an order for delivery to Germany, which was dispatched via DHL with all necessary customs documentation and appropriate payment. As outlined on our website, customers are responsible for any import taxes and charges. Upon reviewing the tracking information, it appears that DHL attempted delivery and contacted you on several occasions before they were able to complete the delivery. You have now received the goods. The additional charges are outside of our control and are local taxes and associated charges, which are clearly stated on our site.

You sent me a faulty TV and are not…
You sent me a faulty TV and are not giving any service on how to repair it. I have spent £100 on a local electrician who cannot fix it and now I am stuck with a hole in my wall and non-functional TV.
The message on the TV is the browser needs updating. This is a dated TV which is non-functional and should not be sold.
Don't waste your money on this product.
