I took a risk here. Google lensed a dead outdoor Sylvox TV remote after there shockinh customer service couldn't help. Found this bathroom remote and in works!!! Great service too. Thanks.

Received my TV early after enquiry and…
Received my TV early after enquiry and I installed the Amazon Fire Stick and set it up in the living room before installing it in the bathroom, which needed some work to accommodate the power supply. The Amazon stick self charges from the extra USB port (which is great) and so when put into the wall we had Wifi and even connected a flat panel ariel into the wall and both work fine!
Really impressed as it means its a smart TV at a low price.

Great product and great after sales support. We had issues with the remote which they replaced quickly without question. The TV has been in place now for over a year and still works wonderfully and looks amazing.

I have problem with the setting of the…
I have problem with the setting of the TV and the search of the satellite programs for DVB-S.
I live in germany, need to choose the astra 19.2 east satellite, but the software in the tv and the pictures of the software in your installation guide is so different.
also the remote control is white and not black, like the manual.
In the past i tried often to set the TV for satellite programs, but i had no chance, because at the end the TV tells me that the programs scrambled.

In order to set satellite up in Germany you just need to be in the correct setting. I have emailed you a video to show you how to put your TV in the correct setting. Also step by step is below. Any further queries at all please do get in touch.
1. Main Menu - Select "Channel"
2. Change TV Connection to "Satellite"
3. Select "Auto Search DTV"
4. Satellite selection change to ASTRA 2A,2B,2D
5. Select Start
This will auto tune all the German channels for you.

Thank you for the feedback. I am sorry our product page has felt like it was unclear prior to purchase. Improvements have been made to the web page to further help better communicate with our customers. There is a good reason why we do include the Firestick to make it Smart rather than built in. We did use to do a WaterVue model with Smart TV built in but people complained about how clunky the interface was to navigate. Large companies like LG and Samsung have major resources to make the interface and navigation great. Also, the cost of the product with this built in is a lot more expensive. As an example, a Tech2o 19inch built in Smart TV comes in at £1099 which has a clunky interface and navigation. At £355 with a great interface and navigation designed by Amazon and the fact the fire stick fits inside the back of our Bathroom TV fully sealed and it is powered by our TV USB port. It makes for an awesome solution at a great price. We have sold several thousand units of this solution with good feedback. The only downside is you do have 2 remotes. Our focus is to try and bring quality, great usability and good value to the market and we feel this solution does this better than any other on the market. However, I appreciate if this wasn’t clear prior to purchase we are sorry we always endeavour to reach a conclusion so that each and every customer is happy. My colleague has arranged to send you a video of the interface on a built in Smart TV version and if you do wish to exchange for built in Smart TV version we will ensure this is swapped out for you.

Ordering the product wasn’t so bad although the product itself was delivered with 2 chipped corners on the glass mirror and the led lights are quite tempremntal.

EXCELLENT
Only one word can describe the service and product i received from Bathroom TV and that is “EXCELLENT”.
I was replacing an existing 19 inch TV (audio very poor) and i assumed that all 19 inch TV’s were the same dimensions.
When the TV arrived and i realised that the dimensions were different the new TV was in fact smaller than the old one .This would result in having to retile some of the bathroom.
Contacted TV Bathroom and ordered the 24 inch model that i could fit with no damage to the tiles. 24 inch despatched same day ,19 inch returned (no carriage charge).
I would recommend Bathroom TV to anyone. Coustomer service EXCELLENT product EXCELLENT
