Spectacles Collection from…
Both members of staff ( different from our Eye Test appointments ) were again warm and welcoming, offering their hospitality on arrival with a seat and offer of a hot or cold drink.
They were both diligent in their approach to checking the fit of our spectacles and assured us that if any problems going forward that we should not hesitate to contact them or turn up at the shop.

Very thorough eye test & review
Very thorough eye test & review with an excellent optician. I had been having difficulties with recent varifocal prescriptions but she quickly identified the problem and gave a clear explanation of what was causing the difficulty. My new prescription is a big improvement.
