We have recently ordered tiles for our ensuite renovation where Christana at Mittagong Beaumont's was extremly helpful, friendly, and professional. Order arrived as scheduled with follow up SMS and call from Bundy and Ben, who were also helpful and flexible with changes to delivery requirements. We are extremely pleased with the purchased products that are being laid today!

The team member at the Shepparton branch was outstanding in her advice and product recommendations, particularly given that I visited in person only to select tiles while the actual purchase was being processed through the Toowoomba branch for our renovation project.

Delivery was completed ahead of expectations, and communication regarding delivery scheduling and special handling instructions was clear, proactive, and reliable throughout the process.

Overall, the experience was seamless from start to finish.

We purchased Microtec Tundra Ash floor tiles for two large bathrooms and a laundry on the basis that they were promoted as easy-to-maintain floor tiles. Unfortunately, this has not been our experience. The tiles are extremely difficult to clean. Despite being sold Beaumont-recommended cleaning and preparation products specifically for ongoing maintenance, nothing effectively cleans these tiles. Dirt and grime build up very quickly, and the only way to remove it is by physically scrubbing the tiles with a magic eraser and floor cleaner, which is entirely impractical for everyday use. This is not a reflection on the Casula store — Beaumont Casula have been lovely and helpful throughout. However, the issue lies with the product itself and how it is represented. These tiles should not be marketed or sold as easy to maintain. They are anything but, and the level of ongoing effort required to keep them clean is unreasonable for bathroom and laundry flooring. I believe this warrants review, as the product does not perform as reasonably expected for its intended purpose.

Ordering is easy. Delivery is easy. Tax Invoice is rubbish. An order confirmation email with Tax Invoice at the bottom is terrible. A PDF attached Tax Invoice isn't hard.

Staff were very helpful.

I ordered tiles recently from Beaumont's online. They came in when they said they would. They were exactly as expected. Added bonus they were on sale! Always a win!

Easy checkout but disappointing that I was charged $99 dollars for two boxes of tiles to be delivered. I would have understood if I have a huge order. Not only that they were delivered and the driver left them at my doorstep and not even pressed the bell to let us know. Disappointed

Great customer service at Fyshwick, disappointing in Mitchell.

Jessica since day one was polite informative suggestive and practical. Her knowledge and understanding of what we were trying to achieve was first class. Beaumont Cairns South store ***** stars and even supplied a list of tilers I could contact. Now that's 5 Star service - the tiler was just as amazing!

Stephanie at North Manly is excellent. She was patient, knowledgable and went the extra mile when we needed post sales service. The store had a great selection and plenty of space and assistance. I would not hesitate to use Stephanie One and the team at North Manly for any tile work - large or small.
