Parts were missing.
You responded well to that issue ( which should not have happened ). We were lucky that the delivery was early in the day. Your delivery team ( using "mymobileworkers" software which should have email adddress customised ? ) responded quickly. Your shop responded by supplying the missing parts from display. ( "Fiona" store manager ? )

We bought a bed, you sold us one, nothing unusual or spectacular, all good

The salesperson at the store was incredibly helpful. She listened to what we wanted from the mattress and why and then showed us the options available. There was no rush or pressure to buy. We would have bought through the store but had the opportunity to earn cashback if we bought online (it’s a shame your sales staff can’t offer any incentives if you buy through the store).

The staff were great, professional, kind and helpful. The shop itself was lovely and clean, we could test a range of products which made it much easier to pick the items we wanted. Thank you so much.

The assistant was helpful and we made our purchase based on details we were given at the time. We were not hurried in to making a decision but were given time to talk things over on our own. Very good customer service.

Service from Fiona at Bicester was great. However, the system did not upload the current deal correctly. Fiona had to sort out for us. This took a long time, with the help of a colleague. Correct result in the end.

The salesperson Rowan was very knowledgeable and was able to provide information on the type of mattresses that we would need. We decided on the information not the price, as I am conscious that we needed a mattress which would stand up to being sat on on the edge as my husband needs extra support.

This is the third time we have used this company. The first and second time was a shambles from start to finish. As they had the bed we wanted we thought we would try one more time. On entering the shop we were greeted by a very professional salesman, who gave us confidence to continue with our purchase. We told him of our previous experiences and he assured us that the company had changed and we would have no problems. HOW WRONG HE WAS. We were told our bed would be delivered Dec 15th and all week we received correspondence confirming this. At 17:10 on the evening of the 14th Dec we received a call stating that our bed would not be delivered because they had no stock.On further investigation we found out that our bed had been delivered to the wrong depot. At no point did they show any empathy or try to help us out as we now had no bed all over christmas. Their attitude was... wait for it or cancel the order. So cancel the order we did. Benson For Beds.....WE WONT BE SHOPPING WITH YOU AGAIN!.

Very good young lad who served me in bicester store very knowledgeable I thought specially when I was spending a lot of money on a tempa mattress.also showed me the wardrobes the sell which I thought the prices on them were very competitive.
