Summer was the customer service representative when my partner and I went to Benson's For Beds.

From the offset Summer was so helpful and advised us what mattresses were the best for mine and my partner's needs.

Summer allowed us to try several mattresses at our leisure. There was no hard sales pitch. My partner and I did not feel under any pressure or obligation.

Nothing was too much trouble and no questions were left unanswered.

I was dreading going mattress shopping. The moment I stepped into the shop my anxiety went.

Honestly, if your going to Cardiff Gate, then ask for Summer's expertise.

Summer is friendly, honest, smart and very knowledgeable.

As I’m currently using a wheelchair I appreciated the lift. The store is very well laid out and a pleasant place to be. We were served by a knowledgeable lady who showed us the appropriate mattresses. We purchased two mattresses and the paperwork was dealt with efficiently. The mattresses were delivered a week later. Not yet been slept on but looking forward to doing so.

Went with my Daughter and youngGrandchildren, to buy a single bed for my Grandson! Very few single beds on show, although the sales lady did explain most double bed could be obtained in a single size, so that was fine! But what made me cross, was the fact if we wanted drawers under the bed, it was not made clear by the assistant that it was an extra £50 to pay! I was just told I should have looked at the small print! ( just think it would b more helpful if this had been pointed out) Finally,I was very annoyed when told there was a £59 delivery charge, and this was only casually mentioned, when I had made my final purchase! When queried this amount, I was told I had no choice unless I wanted2travel to Tewkesbury and collect myself!!! Obviously the sales lady wanted a sale, but to b honest a little more clarity in the added extras would have gone a long way!!

Very welcoming, knowledgeable staff, who listened to what we needed and made great suggestions. We have used Bensons before and bought a great quality single bed at a very competitive price. We are looking forward to delivery and our very comfortable new mattress

Excellent customer service from Andy. A mattress we were interested in buying was brought to the showroom from the storeroom for us to test. This service was offered to us - something no other shop has done.

On arrival at the Cardiff store we were met by a very helpful member of staff. After us comprehensive cover of the different mattresses on display and what all the terms ments we were allowed to proceed by ourselves to try the different ones. When we wanted more information it was available immediately. When it came time to pay and strange delivery all services were explained as was the pricing. Altogether a not unpleasant experience carried out in a very efficient and helpful way.

Delivery of bed was incomplete, picking/loading error. Item missing will be 3 weeks delivery apparently. Phone call to customer service brought it down to a week.

I dismantled our old bed for them to take away at a cost of £50, so now we have no bed!!!

Why they could not sort a courier to do next day to sort this out, as I suggested, I don’t know, but not something they can’t do apparently!!!

People are nice enough to deal with, but putting things right that is atrocious.

We did get £50 delivery refunded as a good will gesture.

We were helped by Summer, who was very knowledgeable and quickly got to grips with what we were after, and showed us really suitable options. We got exactly what we needed and it was all great value and very straightforward. Would definitely recommend!

Summer was the lady who helped us when we went to get a bed and mattress. She was really friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. She was very knowledgeable about the beds and mattress we were looking at.

I was greeted with a smile from Summer who was extremely helpful throughout the whole process

My experience with Bensons was very accommodating, they were very patient with my purchase considering the fact I took 9 months to have it delivered due to having a failed property purchase. Joe was brilliant, she found me great discount deals, and was always helpful and supportive of my circumstances. I also should mention the quality of the products I purchased. Top quality mattress, totally loving the sound quality coming from my TV bed. I would recommend bensons to anyone.
