Very helpful without being pushy
The sales assistant was very helpful and not too pushy. She left us on our own so we could try several mattresses out without her hovering around. When we asked questions she was helpful in making suggestions without pushing anything on us. I would recommend to other customers

Excellent in store service
Purchased a new headboard from the Gillingham store. I located the store / product online some time ago and finally got round to placing the order as I happened to be passing. The member of staff who served me was very helpful and quickly identified the headboard I wanted and guided me through various options. The order process was straightforward and delivery dates etc were clearly explained. Overall an excellent experience and I now await the arrival of the item.

Wendy, the sales lady was the perfect person to sell your beds. She was helpful, friendly and not pushy, unlike Dreams that we went into first!! We were more than happy to buy from her.
