Great experience
A very helpful and informative member of staff helped me choose the right mattress for my needs. I was able to test mattresses in store without feeling pressured but jess was attentive when I needed advice.

So Helpful
We were looking for a new bed for my 89 year old mother and Andy was so kind and helpful. He gave her time to try the different beds and listened to her concerns. We were able to book the delivery slot on the day we required and the whole experience was so calm and friendly I would definitely recommend Benson for Beds to my friends.

Great customer experience
Very happy from start to finish with the way I was dealt with. I was served by Idrees who showed excellent product knowledge and attention to detail. I would recommend visiting this store. Idrees and Andy made our overall customer experience a very pleasant one. We are happy with our new mattress purchase.
