Only giving 4 stars because of delivery times which was delayed and couriers changed , otherwise would have been 5 stars as product is brilliant, esay to assemble and install (ours is other slats in motorhome).It really works and improves comfort and sleeping greatly.Would recommend for functionality and value.

The product I was after was in stock and at a good price, postage was steep but it was an international parcel. It arrived well packed and on time, which was great as it meant I could install it just before going on holiday. Once the item was dispatched I could trace it quite easily which was reassuring.
I would use Berger Camping again; pity there isn't a store in the UK.

Ordered 2 weeks prior to holiday and 1 week later had still not had a despatch notification!
Emailed to enquire status of order and waited 4 days for a reply only to be told my order was delayed, asked to cancel and was told it was too late to cancel and we would have to reject delivery even though order had not been despatched! Terrible company and will not be using again and still waiting for refund of nearly £300 !!

I ordered a product on 8/7/26. On 13/7/26 I received an email stating there was a delay in contacting the delivery company. It is now 23/7/26 and there is no update. On the website it says the order is dispatched with a tracking number but no delivery company recognises the tracking number. I can see there are many other reviews with a similar theme. Very disappointed.

Ordered Sienna folding chairs for a motorhome as dimensions were OK for fitting into locker. Although website said 6-9 days delivery it took longer. The tracking code issued at point of sale did not link up to any website and therefore unable to track progress of delivery whilst very frustrating. Emails were answered by C/S acknowledging the issue and it appeared that they had not despatched my chairs. They eventually arrived and looked good. Fit for purpose. If F.B's website actually showed you the progress of your order in a timely manner, there would be less angst and need for worried Emails. Annoyingly, they dropped the price a few days after my purchase!

They are terrible. I ordered owning, which arrived after our holiday. I emailed them 3 times a week ago with no response. So dissapointing

Easy purchase, fast delivery, no problems.

Great prices for quality kit. Bought the Berger folding table plus scout chairs and foot rests. Bit of a delay on delivery but all arrived safe and sound and well packaged

I bought the awning suction pads. They arrived on time in a very nice box. They are very effective and simple to use and I was kept informed about progress of the package.

Great price, huge saving on UK prices, delivery slightly overdue but arrived within 10 days. Well worth the wait

I had very high hopes, great looking website and good prices on quality products. I've ordered over £300 worth. The delivery was held at customs in the UK according to tracking. I wasn't able to track the shipment myself. I contacted Berger camping and asked what's happened to my order. It took 3 days for a response. Ive now had to fill out a declaration of non receipt. Im waiting for the refund. the order was 5/05/26. Very frustrating and time consuming process in all. Not recommended for UK delivery

Order was shipped with no protective packaging and arrived damaged. After reporting the issue, I was offered either a £10 partial refund to keep the damaged item or the option to return (however no returns label has been provided, you have to contact them through the website form this) No replacement could be provided, and if I wanted to order another one, it appeared I would have to pay the delivery charge again.

I have since contacted customer service multiple times via both email and the website contact form, but my messages have gone unanswered (these include for a returns label to be provided). The complete lack of communication and support has been extremely disappointing.

Based on my experience, this company takes little responsibility for resolving issues with damaged goods, returns, or replacements. If this matter remains unresolved, I will have no option but to pursue a chargeback through my credit card provider.

I would strongly advise others to avoid this company and purchase elsewhere.

Purchased 3 MPK roof lights for my motorhome, they were the cheapest by far from anyone else. I messaged them a couple of times and received a really quick reply, transaction was quick and smooth and items arrived quickly coming from Europe to uk, less than a week, would definitely buy from again. 5 star rating from me.

Still not received order and going away in 2 days. Tried to contact but very poor communication and very poor response. Would not use again. Still waiting for my order and response to my enquiries is not good enough

Ordered our Thule rain blocker set for VW Calivelle, was the best price I could find. Even though being delivered from Europe, it arrived within 5 working days.
Checked the goods and all were in good condition.
Looking forward to using it now for weekends away.

Correspondence great arrived on time material and ladder very strong dead easy to use brush and extension for cleaning Caravan very good works brilliant definitely recommend A++++

Item arrived faulty, having trouble getting them to collect the items for a refund, they would not ship a replacement. They have had me running round DHL parcel shops who wont take the items due to the size. Having to raise a section 75 against them, avoid this company, bad customer service and will not adhere to the UK consumer rights act.

Ordered a TV bracket for motorhome , delivery was a little sketchy for updates.
But eventually got delivered randomly.

I purchased a SOG Type F over the Easter Holidays for a super price compared to the UK. Delivery was a little delayed due to catching up with all the orders received whist closed, but I was kept up to date by the excellent customer services.
Once dispatched, it arrived the very next day, in perfect condition.
Great service, great prices. 5 star retailer.
