The website seemed to take an age to set up an account we ordered and product arrived quite quickly the prob is as I was told in the uk, they don’t make parts for uk chairs as they don’t want us to fix them. The parts were slightly to big to screw in but with a hammer not only are they in but at least you won’t need to change them again.

Good choice of products - great price for the item I wanted to purchase (better than other UK suppliers) - delivery longer than usual but excellent delivery service from Yodel once they had received the item, kept me informed so I knew when to expect.

Ordered two air canopies. Items took a couple of weeks to arrive. We went on holiday, erected the air canopy in very light breeze. Straight away the anchoring clip ripped off on one side. Not well made and very unstable. The slightest breeze made the blow up bladder bend and dip in the middle. Very disappointed.

Provided what I wanted when I wanted it and act a reasonable price. But it's too soon to review the product, I haven't used it yet.

I have received order confirmation and a tracking number for my purchase the problem is the tracking shows the item has not been posted. I have contacted YODEL who have confirmed that Berger have not posted the item but have just raised a collection request that they have not completed. It has been 5 days since my purchase with no update to the tracking info at all i tried to contact Berger camping but no one replies to the online only document unfortunately there is no UK contact number to call. AVOID this company at all costs they are not based in the UK they have just created a UK selling page. Im going through the process of claiming my money back with PAYPAL

Delivery service was good but returns process a bit poor.

Posted my item and received confirmation that it had been delivered back to Berger. It took a total of 10 days, 2 emails and a contact form message before I finally got acknowledgement my refund was being processed.

Company hidden behind a webiste, no customer service

Don't believe the 30day free returns. While they provide all the online forms, they don't respond to emails. Any issues or returns, your on your own. Disappointing

The order has been delayed and now I find out you are using yodel who won't leave in a safe place so i am forced by you to stay in all day!!!!

Most certainly won't be using you again or recommending you on the motorhome groups I'm on.

The ordering process was easy. I would have liked more feedback on how the order was progressing. There was an indication that Berger camping had processed the order and a Evri tracking code was given for the package. But it took approx 5 days before Evri showed the package had been picked up and in there possession. Progress was much quicker as soon as Evri had it and delivered within a couple of days. The item was exactly what I ordered and well packaged so I was not disappointed.

This company is new to UK but long established in Germany. In my view they need to up thier game.
I ordered online with goods out for delivery on 22 June. They have still not been delivered.
Berger Camping customer service is not existent. The only means of contacting is via thier online Contact Form.
They just do not respond!
