No response.

Extremely unhappy and frustrated as I am unable to fit the heater without this part, plus unable to return it!

I ordered the 1500kg weigh scale from Berger camping , it arrived within the delivery window which was important as we was going away on holiday. I made up a pair of plywood spacer ramps to ensure the axle being weighed went up and down equally. I did my best to run our 4250kg ( max ) motorhome over the weigh scale very slowly ( not easy) . After weighing the 4 wheels and discounting a suspected false reading , obviously too low, I totalled up 3880 kg . This figure was similar to a set of MOT brake test rollers which had been recently calibrated.
What the 1500kg weigh scale bar and MOT rollers showed up was the amount of weight carried by the rear axle so I can adjust tyre pressures to match axle weight . What surprised me was the motorhomes previous MOT rollers showed the weight to be much lower so obviously a long way out of calibration.

Good seller, easy transaction. I couldn't buy KO pepper spray in the UK anywhere and I know it's a great product, so I was willing to pay for the shipping costs. I last purchased it on UK eBay at a cost of £16, so it was great value for money when buying two canisters.

Ordered 2 lounge chairs on Wednesday had a delivery date of week on Tuesday but then had new email stating the would be delivered on the Saturday top notch.

Purchased a SOG I type F (C250/C260) 12V toilet fan for door in white.
Upon delivery I found essential parts missing, a plastic plug, a rubber seal for the plug, a ring and an assortment of screws, ty-wraps, quick lock cable connectors etc. These parts are listed in the installation booklet.
I sent them a photograph of the contents as received, showing actual parts that were in the box.
I contacted customer service and explained about the missing parts and that I was unable to fit the fan kit.
They told me they do not stock the missing parts. Explaining this is a manufacturing error.
So they receive them sealed but do not check the contents is correct. Quality control fell over big style here.
What is the point of selling a kit that cannot be fitted due to missing parts, that the supplying company cannot supply.
I have most of the small parts that were missing but I have had to purchase the plug, seal and ring in UK, Berger Camping are going to pay for these once I send them an invoice.
Not really good enough.

Pretty good what I bought was what I wanted arrived in first class condition. Would been 5 star but delivery was slow all in all would use again

Brilliant awning - poles are heavy and difficult to use and so we substituted your poles for telescopic aluminium ones which are far better and lighter. but the awning is great we also substituted the guy ropes for ratchet straps

Excellent service easy to deal with. Order was well packed and came on time ,fitted in the motorhome and it's great

The item was well packaged, arrived within the time specified. Yet to use the item.but wouldn't expect any issues.

Do not order from this company!!! The communication is the worst I’ve experienced online. There is only one customer service agent who tries their best but the company seemingly limits you to a website contact form.

Berger masquerades as a UK subsidiary. When in fact it is German. So when I ordered a passenger side seat swivel, I was actually sent their continental version of the passenger side, which was the UK driver’s side!

They don’t exchange items. You have to send it back and wait for them to process the return before getting a refund. I didn’t get the refund in the allotted time so had to chase them up for them to put it through manually.

I reordered the item with them as I couldn’t get it anywhere else. BIG MISTAKE! One of the two pieces was stolen in transit! Their policies meant they couldn’t send me the rest of my order.

I am currently trying to get a refund but after the initial postage label they gave me failed to be accepted at Evri They told me there was a glitch with their courier partners. And a week later they sent me a Yodel courier.

Unbelievably the Yodel parcel was refused 7 times by their own depot! Now apparently it’s on its way back to me.

I have lodged a PayPal dispute. At my wits end.

I can not give a review of the product as I am still waiting for it to arrive. The timeline given for delivery when I ordered was 6/9 days.I have now waited 15 days and delivery does not appear to be happening any time soon. I have had no response to email or webchat. (very unprofessional) Is item still with sender? Very disappointed as I am going on holiday soon.

Nightmare of a company! Ordered a caravan awning a month ago, have not received the order, Berger customer service is non existent and now need to go through the bank to get my money back

A very good service from Berger. I ordered a thetford toilet from them received regular updates from Yodel and immediate confirmation of order and dispatch from Berger.
Competitive prices and reasonable shipping charges.
I will use them again.

Really good website, lots of choices and good prices, good communication and order arrived on time.

Trying to order for over a week so far.
Website is broken and despite best efforts of customer service lady, the company has not bothered fixing it yet.
How can a company be so arrogant or incompetent and still be in business?

I ordered a reverse camera from Berger and was told it would be delivered between 6-9 days.
I had regular updates from Yodel and it came on time.
I had contacted Marta at Berger a couple of times and she was a pleasure to deal with.
5 star treatment!

There are some very concerning reviews regarding Berger-Camping but I fortunately had a very positive experience.

There seems to be a significant issue with the period between dispatch from B-C and receipt by Yodel. There are also very few updates from Yodel which exacerbates concerns as to whether the goods purchased are en route.

Notwithstanding the above, I had a very positive experience and Marta of B-C was extremely helpful with timely responses.

Ultimately, goods arrived earlier that anticipated and as described at the lowest price I could find on the interweb (Thule 2.4m Sun Stopper £110 inc delivery)
