Using Blossom Flowers for first time. The website displayed lovely variety of sympathy flowers. I ordered early in the morning and selected delivery before 6. Much to my surprise B F delivered around 1, that was unexpected blessing. My friend sent me a picture of what was delivered, she loved them loved the fragrance of the flowers. It brought a little cheer during a difficult time. Thank you Blossom Flowers for your service and care you place into your business.

Paid extra for delivery same day, which did not happen. When they finally arrived the next day, the flowers were completely different from what I ordered, not nearly as nice. The company seems to be AI so there really is no customer service, just automated people to talk to and message. Horrible service, stay away from this place.

I ordered flowers for someone's birthday. The initial order was placed with Sunny Flower Delivery, who then subcontracted it to a local florist, Blossom Flower Delivery. The flowers that were actually delivered were (1) the wrong kind of flowers, (2) the wrong color, (3) already withering & dying, (4) in the wrong vase, and (5) delivered a day late (after the birthday).

Upon contacting customer service, they refused to refund me at all. After escalating through management, they agreed to offer a 20% refund. I then pivoted and got a full refund via my credit card company.

Terrible business service, terrible ownership of issues, terrible customer service. I would avoid.

No communication on delivery staus..what i ordered is not even close to what got delivered...card was not there so recipient had no idea who sent them.very non chalant when i complained..sorry they ran out of that color..never again

I received emails the day funeral arrangements were to be delivered and was told they would have to be rescheduled. Sorry - you can’t reschedule funerals. After expressing that this was unacceptable, I was assured they would be delivered. They were and they were awful! Two arrangements ordered on behalf of two companies and they arrived with incorrect messages under MY personal name. Both orders were almost $400 in total and they looked like $30 arrangements. This is not a valid company. Lesson learned. Hoping my review helps others.

Yyu77A completely different arrangement than the one we'd ordered was delivered without explanation. Literally not a single flower nor flower color was the same. Card signatures missing so recipient didn't know who had sent them. Two damaged flowers. Reported this immediately on 9/2 to Nora at customer service via email (who was the best part of the experience until I later realised she was a bot) and was informed I would be contacted between 24-48 hours. Escalated the complaint. Still have not received a reply after 3 days. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Ordered an arrangement for upwards of $100, the arrangement was supposed to be Iris flowers. Received half a dozen roses, an arrangement that couldn’t be valued at more than $25-$40. Customer service offered to refund 20%. This place is an absolute scam, and will take the liberty of substituting whatever flowers they have at the time, and not providing you what you ordered. Nothing was what I ordered. Do not, I repeat do not do business with these people.

Ordered same day delivery for a surprise congratulations, they did not arrive that day. Called that night, because I was told it was 24 hour call line, it is not. Told them to call back when it was my turn. They called back at 8am and left me on hold for 30 minutes. I was told the flowers were on their way. As of 6pm that evening, no flowers. Went to their online system and was told that it would take three days to investigate and get a refund. A full week after the same day delivery that never arrived was the soonest they could refund.

Flowers delivered a day late to a wrong address. Arrangement was supposed to be pink roses and white daisy’s they sent wilted pink roses…no lie!!! Very difficult to talk to a human. Offered 30% discount, I am refuting the charges on my credit card, I shouldn’t have to pay for something I did not order especially if they are wilted and dead. I have pictures of what it should have been and what was sent. The occasion was a sympathy flower arrangement for a friend whose husband passed away completely unexpectedly. She had to find the house on the street that received the flowers they were left in a carport next to a motorcycle and othe outdoor vehicles…the people did not know they were there. Customer service sent me a picture of the drop off. Ridiculous…highly recommend never using this company.

Do not order. Wish I had checked the reviews. Flowers were never deliver, refund never issued and when I went to contest the charge… it turns out they had billed it as a recurring subscription!!!! AVOID

It was my 20th wedding anniversary. Flowers were not delivered. After many emails back and forth flowers were delivered the next day. They were not even close to what i paid $100 for. Also I paid for a vase and what i got was a wet paper towel wrapped around the bottom. I can not put into words how angry i am about this.

What a garbage company. They failed to deliver the flowers on the day agreed to. Then the next morning I called them and said they didn't follow through with their commitment and to cancel my order. I had to order elsewhere They pushed order through regardless and delivered them 8 hours after cancelling. Also not the right flowerrs that I had ordered. Customer service is non existent. Shop elsewhere, please.

I ordered a birthday bouquet the morning of 9/2 for same day delivery OR delivery the following day during specific hours, as flowers were being delivered to a business. I paid for expedited AM delivery and signed up for text confirmation of delivery.
When I did not receive a text, I called customer service. I was fourth in queue, and when it came to my turn, I was told to leave a number for a call back as continuing to hold was not an option. I called back and the same exact thing happened before I was disconnected. I used the live chat feature where Nora the AI bot told me the flowers had not been delivered and that they would be by 1PM. I said the business was closed then per my instructions and that was not AM delivery. The business reopened at 6PM. “She” said they would be delivered then. My order status said “in transit” from 1PM and for the rest of the day. When they were not delivered at 6PM, I both used the chat and called and was told they were not sent out and asked if I would like them to go the following day. The following day was not my sister’s 40th birthday. This arrangement cost me $100. I said I would leave negative reviews to reflect my experience. Miraculously, some flowers were delivered at 7PM that were not at all what I ordered. They looked like they came from the grocery store. Disgraceful. Do NOT do business with this company. It is a total scam.

These people are scam artist. Ordered flowers on Tuesday for next day delivery, it is now 6pm on Thursday and still no flowers. I called yesterday wanting a refund and they told me they couldn’t because the flowers were already purchased and scheduled for delivery.
These people need to be shut down.

Ordered a plant for death of friends husband on 30 August. The advertisement says this is family owned and operated business, I doubt it. On 31 August they send e-mail saying it would be delayed a day due to lack of that selected product; but similar item would be exchanged. Instead they sent a flower arrangement not a plant as requested. Was not received until evening of 1 Sept, no picture as requested. Friend sent picture and was for cheap flower arrangement not a plant!
I selected Blosom because thought it was local; they advertise delivery next day (try 3 days); they did not send photo (probably because it wasn't what was ordered); they have cheap advertisement that spin the wheel for discount (after you order they tell you it's expired); they pre-select tip amount and say you can change it but it's impossible and even though they knew this was a problem per my note on original and f/u e-mails and phone calls they did nothing.

This company is fraudulent and ran by scammers. They are not a real floral company. I spent $120.21 on a balloon and deluxe floral arrangement to be delivered the following day for a friend who had surgery. It did not get delivered until 4 days later and was not even close to what was advertised. The flowers were wilting and dying and the balloon was not with the flowers. Customer service refuses to help, it’s ran mostly by AI bots. I spent 6 days trying to get someone to reach out to me for a refund, emailed, called, left voicemails, etc. Finally spoke with a person named Kyle and then Joy and was then only offered $44.50 back as they do not allow 100% refunds. This company needs to be shut down and every person that works for them should be in legal trouble for stealing from people and false advertising. There’s even a facebook group called “blossom flower delivery scam” where hundreds of people have said that they then had additional fraudulent charges made on their cards after ordering from them.

This was the worst buying experience. My husband ordered me flowers and they weren’t at all what he ordered. When I contacted customer support, it was so hard to get in contact with a real person and not just their AI. I spent probably 10 hours altogether on the phone and online trying to talk to a real person and then they only would offer me 10% back. I finally got them give me 25% back, but I was not satisfied with their customer service at all.. do not buy from this company go through your local florist instead there’s so much better.

AVOID AT ALL COST!!! I should have cheked first ont Truspilot this company before ordering flowers there for my mothers birthday.
It's been 2 days and there has been no delivery made. The help chat is only a bot and you will not receive and answer by a person. By email they said the driver was sick, now something finally arrived but it was not what I ordered and most definetly not worth the money.
