I have always found when dealing with Bon Accord for whatever reason to be a very pleasant and uplifting experience! The staff and reps are always very friendly yet very professional and knowledgeable! Anything I was unsure about ' any questions I may have had they were always there to help me through and explain things in a way that even I could understand! Highly unprofessional. Very rude when he rang after I had been searching for different insurances. Communication harassment by texting, emailing and calling all from this Peter Mcdonall who was very pushy and rude after I told him multiple occasions I didn’t want the insurance because I found someone else. Pathetic behaviour

I have been a customer of this company for 3+ years. I have recently left due to circumstances after me telling the company this the continue to spam call me. It’s getting ridiculous they use different number including mobiles so you can’t even just block them. I am getting to the point where I may have to get a new number. I have my own clients trying to call me and they keep calling me. It’s honestly so disrespectful! I’d have to tell everyone to avoid them.
