Great product
Great product. Used it on a month-long RV trip through Utah and Arizona. We have a great fridge in the RV but we recently switched to fresh food for our pups and needed to keep their food frozen-worked great! We’ve also used it a couple times car camping with great success. Planing on adding another so no more ice runs and soggy food. Hardly uses any power. 1k portable power station and a solar panel kept everything good to go for our longer stays.

We purchased our combo cooler/freezer…
We purchased our combo cooler/freezer to replace a well used unit that was in our new to us motorhome. The cooler fit perfectly and has been operating as a freezer without fail. I would highly recommend this cooler. We traveled to the North Carolina coast and purchased 50lbs of fresh Atlantic Shrimp which we packaged and then dropped into the freezer. This cooler allowed us to bring fresh shrimp back to the Midwest to be enjoyed throughout the summer.

This is an impossible company to deal…
This is an impossible company to deal with if you are looking for advice as to which of their products would meet your particular needs. Impossible to get a human to talk to, just a lot of irrelevant chat bot responses. Given that they yell at you that customer support is there most important priority this is a very weird business model but I guess it works for them. I just gave up and moved on to Renology.

J’ai passé commande et je me suis aperçu que le délai n’était pas indiqué. Après quelques jours j’ai essayé de les contacter sur le site mais les moyens de communication n’était pas très clairement mis à disposition.
J’ai utilisé l’adresse support et j’ai eu une communication avec eux très limpide et active. 2 semaines après j’ai reçu mon matériel et j’en suis très satisfait. Service très bon je recommande vivement.

The cooler I got works good in my work truck and extended cab Ford F550 fits good. Also bought the battery keeps my refrigerator cold all night with the battery. The next morning I start my truck. The battery charges it all works great.
