We take temperature control issues very seriously, and if your unit is genuinely not holding temperature as it should, that is not "operating as normal." We would very much like to look into this for you properly.

It’s exactly what I wanted.
The cooler shipped right away and arrived in perfect shape. The battery was shipped separately and took longer to arrive. The only downside side was that the battery didn’t come with a wall charger and I had to order that elsewhere. The cooler works exactly the way I had hoped and I am so happy with it.

No OCV written on either panel anywhere in any form (the single most important piece of information a user needs!). Long wait time on phone to find this out, then customer service insists on extraneous information, email, phone #, and after being given your serial numbers, won’t disclose OCV. You are choosing data mining over customer service-I’m choosing a different company to buy from.

We’re sorry you feel this way, but the situation described in your review leaves out an important fact: our customer service team did respond and tried to help.
However, you refused to provide the basic information needed to identify the product, whether related to the order or the panel itself. Without confirming the exact model, we cannot provide an accurate OCV value. OCV is model-specific, and it would be irresponsible for us to guess or give you technical data that may be incorrect.
The information our team requested was not “data mining.” It was necessary to verify the product and provide the correct specifications.
If you genuinely want this issue resolved, please provide the relevant order details, product model, or clear product information so we can verify which solar panel you have and give you the correct OCV. Without that, we cannot reasonably provide accurate support.

BougeRV aircon unit out of UK stock
Unfortunately the BougeRV air conditioner I ordered wasn’t in UK stock. Regretfully the resupply and delivery timescale (first week in June) were beyond my Motorhome France trip start date. I received good info from the help bot and a human agent and received a refund. Disappointed as I felt ac unit meet our needs following review research. I bought an alternative and the supplier was able to deliver before travel date

The cooler varies vastly in temperature. I might have ut set at 50 F and actual temp might be 25 or might be 44. No reliable.
