Quick delivery, good parts, no hassle

BAP has a great selection of the auto parts I need. They have various kits including all the extras needed to complete the job correctly. I very much like the option of the customer being able to buy a lifetime warranty on some of their parts.

Delivery was quick, refund on core was quick.

I bought a turbo, paid over 800 to have it installed. Even paid another 100 for an unlimited mileage warranty. Less than 4 months later the turbo failed. I had to buy another one from a more reputable place and pay another 1000.00 to have the bad one taken out and the NEW GOOD ONE PUT IN. I called and was told it was outside of the warranty period and that they would not refund my money or any labor charges. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CROOKED PLACE WITH BAD PARTS. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF

2008 BMW M3,I ordered a driveshaft. It was less than $900. and the dealer wanted almost $1,700. Had the driveshaft installed, the car runs perfectly. Thanks, you gained a loyal customer.

Worst experience, seller replaced recipient name and never posted box number, item delivered but no one know because no box number and different recipient name.

I was very skeptical about making a purchase for a turbo replacement for my WRX, however I took the risk and went with BuyAutoParts.com. I’m glad I did, they made the checkout and accuracy of the right part for my car quite easy. Although, the brand of the turbo wasn’t listed, it did make me wonder about the legitimacy. When I recieved my brand new turbo (STIGAN) I asked my community of performance car friends about it and they reassured me that everything will be great. So I did the install and I must say…MY MIND IS BLOWN by the quality and performance my WRX has now. Noted, the turbo fit PERFECTLY, as the website stated. Lastly, It had more power than my OEM turbo. I’ve never felt more confident driving my car again. I will certainly buy parts from this company. Trust was earned, and I’m as skeptical as they come. I def recommend to friends and family!

bought a driveshaft from them and the u joints failed within three weeks .

I ordered a part on 24 Nov. On November 27th I was told it would ship in 3 to 5 days. On 1 Dec, the order was still “processing” and they told me they don’t know why but will check and call me back. On 5 Dec., I called because I never received a call or email back. They said they did not know when it would ship. I explained my vehicle is stranded and blocking the driveway and I need to know how much longer before the part comes. They said they would call me back and when I told them that was what they said last week and didn’t, they asked if there was anything else they could help me on. I had them cancel the order. After I cancelled the order, another person said they could order it and it should arrive in 12 days. When I asked why the part I ordered didn’t arrive, they finally admitted they didn’t have one available to ship even though it said it was in stock and that was why I never received my part. Apparently, even though they already charged my credit card, their plan was to string me along until they had a part available rather than tell me the truth in the beginning.

I received the right parts for a GREAT price. I HIGHLY recommend this seller. I am very happy with not having to stress about will they fit.

ITEM BY FEDEX WAS 8.9 POUNDS THEY AGREED. SO IF I BOUGHT 4 ITEMS IT WOULD BE 35.6 LBS RIGHT? YEAH NOT ACCORIDING TO THEM!
