I order a MAF for a vehicle, it never stated that it was used. I thought I was buying new.
I stated a return or I can personally return this. Should have done more research on them BB shows a 1.43 review for them

Two weeks ago they sent me a bad compressor for my 2007 Honda so I had to spend another $50 and have them send another one which is the wrong one and this is where I sit this morning halfway put back together and the plugs don't match so I will be demanding a full refund and I would never ever buy from this company again two weeks my car has been up on the jack stands waiting for the wrong part

Quality Products and super fast delivery!! I have used their products on several jobs and I am very pleased. One note to those purchasing A/C compressors, double check physically if oil is present. Do not depend on the label on compressor. Some oil is in there for shipping and storage purposes but you need to drain, measure and refill to proper capacity as recommended by Make and Model.

Guaranteed fit means nothing! Sold me the wrong Turbocharger, after install and replacement of other parts, turns out they sent the wrong turbo. Contacted BuyAutoParts, brought it to their attention and their answer was...well you can send it back but we will just you the same model. Provided evidence that their other company even shows its the wrong turbo which didn't even give them pause. They do not stand by their guarantee and will not be doing any business with them! Be warned! Read all the reviews and you will see the same 1 star problems over and over...I am out over $3,000 from their mess-up.

Good quality parts & pricing but delivery took 10 days. also I feel the that product warranty papers should be included with product shipment.

Ordered 2 air shocks as got an outrageous quote from the dealer! The shocks arrived on time and were 1/10 the price so quite happy. Our customer rep was very helpful and very personable to deal with.

I needed a drive shaft for a 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee rear wheel drive. I searched everywhere nobody had it and could not give me a time when I could get one. Buy auto parts, built me a new drive shaft. Shipped it to me within a week's time. It was supposed to take 14 days. But they got me my new drive shaft which fit perfect in 7 days. I highly recommend buy auto parts. I will definitely purchase from them again.

Never thought would find parts for 2014 Hyundai Equus but BAP to the rescue! The dealer claimed I would need to pay $7,400 (PARTS ONLY) for two front air suspension replacements; however, the final price here for both was 12x less at around $740 plus expedited shipping! From now on, BAP will be my first go-to and hope they continue having such phenomenal parts and honest dealings! Thank you for keeping our cars cush!!!

Ordered a new steering box for my chevelle and it was delivered within 3 days of ordering. The steering box fit correctly and completely solved the loose steering problem. It works perfectly. Very pleased with the transaction

I placed the order of a very specific part and it was canceled when my bank questioned the authenticity of the order due to a recent move. Once that was resolved, I replaced it and found the price had increased slightly. My CSR reduced the price to that of the original order, confirmed it was going to the right vehicle and immediately put the order through. It was delivered in a very timely manner and we're all happy!

INSTALLED AND HEARD A LOUD NOISE TURNED OFF MOTOR AND FOUND MAGNET WAS SPINNING AROUND WHICH RIPPED OUT THE WIRES WHOEVER THEY GET THE PARTS FROM ARE NOT GOOD QUALITY
CALLED TO GET ANOTHER PART UNDER WARRANTY AND HAD TO PAY ANOTHER $179 TO HAVE IT SHIPPED AND INSTEAD OF THEM SHIPPING OVERNIGHT AT NO CHARGE THE SENT IT GROUND SO NOW IT SITS WAITING FOR A NEW PART HOPEFULLY THIS PART IS GOOD
