Ordered a fridge and next day delivery. Picked our time slot and they arrived on time, unpacked and took away the rubbish and the old fridge.
Could not ask for more.

They are helpful,knowledgeable and I always go Carters for my domestic appliances for my own home and my holiday rental property.
They always try to deliver swiftly and their delivery team work tidily and cleanly.

The staff are always very polite and go out of there way to help you I have a severe disabled daughter when we go into this store.they always take their time and never rush in fact we as we know the staff so well.we always have a laugh nothing is ever to much trouble I would highly recommend to anyone who wishes to purchase any electrical items

Their advice is always good and even if I have a slight problem ( I couldn’t get a glass shelf to go back in my fridge after a clean) they showed me how when I visited the shop.

Paul at Carters is so helpful he had been there all the time we have lived in Horsham over 30 years!! We ordered a gas hob, but new regualtions meant it was not legally possible to fit, Carters helped me find an excellent replacement in the form of an induction hob. Excellent service

Bought a fridge freezer which turned out to have an issue after delivery. They sorted it out really quickly, no quibbles. I'm really pleased!
Will be using them again in the future. Nothing beats being able to speak to someone and good customer service.

Ordered a ceramic hob online for delivery, only to be called the next day to be told there was a 'glitch' and they no longer had the item in stock! They should not have allowed the order to be processed but instead took my money. I now have to wait 5 to 10 working days to receive a refund!! Absolutely terrible service and to wait up to 2 weeks to get my money back is diabolical in this day and age. I am still waiting for my refund! Avoid this company and order from a more reputable site.

The installer would obviously rather have been anywhere else but doing his job. The first installation was a failure and had to come back a second time, at which point he broke the isolation valve.
