Gas cooker
Our cooker arrived just after 9am we we're booked in for the gas safe engineer to arrive later, I phoned to let him know within minutes it was here and left a message. I had to call again to see what time he was coming to be told he was having a bad day but would be here soon. He didn't come or phone I rang again to ask what time the next morning and he arrived late but I'm pleased with the new cooker

Tried to order on line but the payment options failed so had to order on the phone. Very helpful staff and the appliance arrived 2 days later.

I bought a small integrated freezer…
I bought a small integrated freezer which needed to be fitted in an integrated cupboard. Delivery was prompt, cost was good. Guy that fitted it did a really great job, really skilled bit of craftsmanship. Super polite and helpful. Also adjusted a fridge that had been problematic sealing. Very pleased with his help.

Great Customer Service
I was recommended by a friend to go to Carters . I needed a new washing machine and dishwasher. I was helped in store by a very nice man who was very knowledgeable regarding the appliances. I chose what I wanted and was asked regarding the plumbing in of the equipment, I didn’t know what the set up in my home was so emails from me to Carters and enclosing photographs. It was decided I needed some plumbing work done, I contacted a plumber near to me who came the next day and did the necessary work. I contacted Carters and my new appliances were delivered and plumbed in and old equipment taken away. I went in on a Tuesday and job completed by Saturday. That’s service in my book, very efficient and very helpful employees.

The oven that I liked was…
The oven that I liked was unfortunately not suitable spent a couple of hours going through all the ovens photocopies with the ones I like. Not one of the staff showed any impatience that I was being a waste of time. We found one couldn't be more pleased
