Jordan Horne has been fantastic since the moment we met him. He has guided through the process of selling our house and buying another one seamlessly. Jordan has been in constant communication with us, sharing both bad news and good news and he has shown our house in the best light to potential buyers. He was quick to get our house on the market to secure the house we wanted to buy and all of the team in Carterton, Kirsty and Owen are superstars! It has felt like we have had a partner by our side all the way through the process so far. Would highly recommend this team!

Chancellors have been very helpful and accommodating throughout our house‑hunting process. As first‑time buyers, we really appreciated how easy it was to arrange viewings and how responsive the team were whenever we had questions.

One area where we felt slightly less supported was around the offer‑making process. As newcomers to the market, we weren’t entirely sure what to expect, and at times it felt a little rushed. Being limited to two offers on a property added pressure and made it difficult to gauge how best to proceed without over‑stretching ourselves.

Overall, our experience was positive, and we’re grateful for the assistance we received. A bit more guidance for first‑time buyers during the offer stage would make the process even smoother and less stressful.

We had a really positive experience with this estate agent, especially in the hands of Kieran. Communication was clear and the team were supportive throughout the process. The progression team was a real bonus with Shelby being there to keep everything moving along, which we really appreciated.

We have been extremely impressed with Chancellors in Carterton - there is a very friendly atmosphere every time we visit the branch. Hannah is particularly helpful and informative, as well as being both patient and supportive.

The whole end to end experience has been great from Kirsty doing the initial valuation through to closing the sale. Jordan & Kirsty were always available with feedback and insights from our viewers and gave some invaluable advice. Following the offer this high level of service didn't just continue it accelerated. We had great buyers but not so great solicitors and Kirsty and Jordan kept not only our sanity intact but our buyers and actually the whole chain on track. I would like to pay special compliments to Shelby who went above and beyond on several occasions to help this sale happen. I compliment Chancellors on having the foresight to employ someone in this role and she was exemplary.
It has really felt like a team effort and we have always felt in safe hands, even when Kirsty and Jordan were unavailable Kieran always came through and got messages across which were answered in a timely fashion.

Kieran has arranged a few viewings for us. It’s the beginning of our search and as first time buyers we have felt at ease with Kieran. He stayed late for us with one of our viewings due to our working hours which we really appreciated. Even if he wasn’t sure on something he would find out as soon as possible and come back to us.
