No pushy sales tactics, just honest and helpful information every step of the way. Mark made it so easy and kept us calm when we were feeling the stresses of thinking about a new home.

We commenced our part exchange journey at Hill Top View with Sharon in April and have had a fantastic experience.
Sharon is very knowledgeable and whilst being professional is a very friendly and warm person to deal with.
Sharon is always available for a catch up and to answer questions , not only about the development but the process as well.
We really love the location and the fact that there are only a small number of houses on the development at Hill Top View and we are really looking forward to maintaining our excellent relationship with Sharon going forward.

We purchased our home at Horton's Keep, Burleyfields, Stafford, approximately 18 months ago and have been very happy with it. Construction has since been completed, and the site team has moved on, yet today Sean, the Assistant Site Manager, visited from his current site solely to check that residents were satisfied. This level of aftercare reflects a genuine commitment to customer service. We would recommend Charles Church without hesitation.

Charles church development plymstock is a beautiful and welcoming place to live. The development is well maintained with lovely walking paths and a primary school too!

Our experience with the company is fantastic. The team made everything clear and straightforward.

Special thanks to the management, Lucy bromley from sales and Daniel rutherford, the site manager who made the extra arrangements to deliver our home earlier than the scheduled date thereby accommodating our special request to receive keys on a “memorable day”.

This is my second attempt at getting a Charles Church property, unfortunately the chain broke with my first attempt, but I’ve got to say that the site agent Saskia has been very supportive and encouraging, I couldn’t tell you how many times I’ve visited the site both to have a catchup with her and also to have a look around the show house talk about love at first sight.

Enjoyable buying experience with Devon. Nothing too much trouble.
Had Devon not suggested alternative properties to me on the day and made me aware I would not be in the position where I am having bought a house.

The Farriers Towcester
We recently purchased a Charles Church home in Towcester and couldn't be happier with the journey so far. The team has been incredibly inviting and professional, making the initial stages of buying a house feel smooth and stress-free. We are really looking forward to moving into our new home this November. If you’re looking for a new build, Charles Church are the standout candidates. Highly recommend!

They would not sign the first homes scheme the government website says is their responsibility for weeks, they told me the wrong service fees, I consistently had wrong postcodes on my mortgage information, I was allowed to pick my kitchen and then a week later told me other cabinets and a work surface had already been ordered. It just seemed generally disorganised.

We initially left a five star review as the sales experience was excellent.

The aftercare is appalling. We have many issues and they literally do not care and do not engage on how to resolve. Hold off signing everything off until you’re 100% because all they want is a five star review and then you’re on your own.

They sent all of our data to the wrong person, still no explanation other than Sam the sales director telling me it wasn’t a breach.

The garden hasn’t been done correctly. There are significant drainage issues. We haven’t been sent the report and we’re not allowed to discuss other plots (as next door has the same issue), we just have to wait for a management meeting to take place. Garden that the kids can’t use unless they have wellies on.

No one calls back, no one actually cares. Lesley came to the house, as we have freezing cold rooms, and we’ve been told no insulation. She was coming back the next week. Didn’t bother. I chased up, oh now they can’t do anything until October. But, it’s ok, just the kids sleep in those rooms so who cares CC?

Solar panels, in their Plan L super efficient house, not working. No one bothered to rectify the problem yet, just have you done this and done that. Over six months of living here and they’re still broken and we’re no further forward.

Play parks being built, no notification on purchase.

Walls that cannot have decoration because they’re wonky.

Rotting garden fence panels that had to be chased to fix.

Complaints, 10 days for a resolution pathway from Alix and Nicky. Nothing yet, and, guess what, had to chase that.

Remedial works done and careless labourers leaving cement all over the block paving which has hardened and ruined it. CC? We’ll send a jet wash contractor…right that’ll work.

Just hopeless…premium builder? I wouldn’t let them build Lego.

Me and my partner were the first couple to buy a home at the Charles church site at Lichfield.
I can say without doubt the best part of the experience so far has been the sales advisor Clair.
Her knowledge, expertise, understanding along with professional attitude towards people who are making the biggest purchase of their lives is second to none.

We are waiting for our home to be completed and I am looking forward to Clair being there to help us every step of the way.
I would say to others hopefully you are lucky enough to have Clair as your sales advisor as she is an excellent ambassador for the Charles church brand.

Two words Mark Adams..

We completed 19th December which is probably worst week of the year so had a sizeable list of snags. Mark had started working on our list in to January but unfortunately was off work for a period after this. During this period the jobs stalled and covering site agent and company did not meet the standard expected. I left a negative review for the nhbc survey which I now regret as it affects employees not just the company. Mark Adams as returned and worked through our list and supervised diligently. If the professionalism showed by Mark was shown by everyone at Charles Church the reviews would 5 star from the start. Thanks for your help...

Diane at the lodge in Burbage has been amazing. Any questions we have she does not hesitate to help us. Diane has gone above and beyond for us. She is such a lovely lady and we cant wait to complete our house with her support.

Kayleigh our advisor has been super helpful and patient with us, as we decided to part exchange last minute. She has been extremely informative guiding us through the process.

Both Sophie and Phil were attentive to our thoughts and questions, and were, without exception able to provide answers with clarity which informed our decision to purchase. They treated both Cath and I as bespoke and individual customers and didn't push or provide generic information which may not have been as helpful. Thank you both.

Diane, Joss and the rest of the site team have been amazing and are always so accommodating.

Joss has worked quickly through our snagging list and nothing seems like too much trouble. He is always available to discuss anything necessary and is so professional and efficient.

On top of that, every tradesman/ contractor that we have encountered so far has been really lovely and done a great job.

The process of buying our new house and the aftercare received have been brilliant and we very much recommend buying a new home from Charles Church.

Our moving day was seamless, we was greeted by Shelley with our keys, 😃😃

Our move started with Caroline, who was absolutely fantastic in choosing our new home, getting our plot, our choices and ultimately fighting weekly help us keep our home chain through 3 chain breaks, we look at our home now, and think it's a holiday home, and we need to give it back, but we don't, a view to savour forever,
So to Caroline, Shelley, Dan, Viv, Jacob, Terry, Davidsons Law, many others on the
Forest view plot, thankyou, you were all amazing.

We cannot thankyou enough, as we enjoy our coffee with an amazing view.
