The application form was very straight forward and easy to use. The questions did not take long to complete and the search was immediate and the credit score given straight away. The information was easy to print off ir send to a third party. Excellent service all round.

Mortgage Application
I was advised to use check my file for my mortgage application but was concerned it may cost a lot or not easy to understand. I was wrong. It was so easy and created a report ready to send off to my broker with out any fees as you get a free 7 day trial. It was easy to cancel. Really impressed with how easy the whole thing was.

My account had a couple of red flags which was not a fault of my own. The issue was resolved but I admit it took longer than I tought. The support team acknowledged the delay and did prioritise.

had some credit problems and needed to keep a close eye on my credit file. i would get a report from each of them and then subscribed to checkmyfile. When checking it I found an incorrect entry on my file and was able to clear it which boosted my score. It is an expense that is probably not in everyones budget but it was helpful for my needs. It is well worth it for someone needing to monitor their credit file
