My dress is absolutely beautiful!!! My big day is 11/20/21and the dress was expected to come that day! I explained I need it ASAP they were sure to get it to my by 11/14 however I received it on 11/1/21! It is a perfect fit! And I will be sure to post pics. The receptionist was so nice and everyone that I spoke with!! Thank you again Cocomelody!!!! I can’t wait to wear my beautiful dress!!!

Amazing dream dress! The only thing is I paid for a custom fit dress and it’s come up way too long and the bodice doesn’t fit… at least 6 inches too small 😔 so will need to pay to have it adjusted

I am thoroughly impressed with Cocomelody as a company. I placed an order from London to the LA office. The customer service support from Albert was bar none, some of the best customer service I have ever received from any company. My order was not straight forward and I had some issues with international payment and Albert's patience, kindness, and attentiveness was much appreciated and a great representation of the Cocomelody brand. The variety of the products they offer is impressive and I would highly recommend them for your bridal/bridal party needs. It's refreshing to work with companies like Cocomelody. Keep up the good work!

I tried on 2 different styles of dresses using the at-home method. I was drawn to the second dress and then ordered it custom sized. They did an amazing job! The dress fits like a glove. No alterations needed! I’m very happy with the dress and the company

I ordered a waltz length veil for 78$ plus another 19$ for customization. I sent pictures and asked for help to make sure I got it right. I received a veil that was so short I can’t use it. When I asked for a refund they said no and blamed me for the mistake. I’m disappointed and out of nearly a hundred dollars.

In 2020, my wife and I were supposed to get married, but due to Covid, it was sadly postponed. I ordered my dress from Cocomelody at the end of 2019, and waited a while for it to arrive which was absolutely more than understandable - mostly because of Covid and that I am based in Australia. During the wait, customer service were nothing but wonderful and accommodating to my questions and enquiries, as I was so nervous. Fast forward to a year later and we finally got to get married and I have never felt so beautiful in my whole life! Everyone complimented me on my dress and of course I shared with everyone where I got it from. I cannot thank the talented team at Cocomelody for their amazing and hard work to make my dress. I am just so proud that I was able to wear such a stunning creation! If you are wanting to purchase from Cocomelody, I cannot recommend them enough! Customer service is amazingly helpful and everyone who works there are just beautiful.

5/5 STARS!! Cocomelody provided an intimate shopping experience where I felt comfortable trying on wedding dresses for the first time. I wasn't quite sure what to expect but was pleasantly surprised. The quality of the dresses are top-notch. The thing that I'm most pleased with is that the dresses are budget friendly without LOOKING like budget dresses. The "WOW" factor is definitely present.

ALBERT assisted me and is AMAZING. I highly recommend you ask for him by name. He was very attentive and has experience in alterations, so he understood not only how garments are supposed to compliment your body, but also made helpful recommendations. I am pleased to say that I found my dream dress within budget, and I'll be returning to look for my bridesmaid dresses as well!

I ordered my dream dress from Coco Melody for my wedding in 2019. I can only say that it was amazingly beautiful, tailor made and fitted perfectly and arrived even faster than expected. What you see on their website is what you get! I already recommended this company to all my friends looking for dresses. I had a wonderful experience and am so happy that I came across their website when looking for wedding dresses. The customer service was excellent they emailed me several times to confirm the measurements. Could not believe how well the dress was made, the stunning quality and how well it fit! Well done Coco and thank you for my beautiful dress! And yes, I did order a dress online without trying it on and I had a wonderful experience.

I ordered my wedding dress and a few accessories from Cocomelody. I am beyond satisfied with my purchases.

My experience was excellent purchasing my dress, everything about the experience was great! My dress was stunning and fit was perfect. I did a custom sizing for my dress and it was so easy and simple. Customer service checked every measurement I sent in to make they were correct and how I actually did the measurements so the dress turned out perfect...

I ordered a custom sized bridesmaid dress from Cocomelody, received the dress, and it did not fit at all. If you are tall (I am 6'2") then I do not recommend getting a dress from them because they do not ask for torso height in their custom measurements. The torso of the dress I received was way too small, the built-in breast cups in the dress were at my clavicles. I contacted their customer service and, while their customer service is very quick to respond, they aren't very helpful. They told me to take the dress to a tailor and offered me a $39 refund. They said the refund will take 1-2 weeks to process but it's been over 3 weeks and I still haven't received a refund. When I contacted them, their solution was to keep waiting for a refund.

Long story short, if you are tall, do not order from them. I have now spent more money on getting the dress tailored than I had paid for the actual dress when I placed my order.

Due to the Covid-19 crisis and the lockdown, I had to order my wedding dress online without seeing it in person.

I was very nervous when I ordered this dress but the customer service was great. They were there whenever I needed to contact them.

The dress arrived earlier than expected, and it was exactly like in the pictures! It was very well made. The feeling of the material is rich, too. However, while I usually wear UK size 6, I ordered UK size 4 and it is still way too big on the bust. The train also doesn't quite spread around on the back. So, it needs a bit of tailoring.

I can absolutely not recommend the costumer service! At any time I did not received a solution, instead of that there where laughing about my problem.I ordered my dress in June and now they have noticed that they forgot my order. The solution from the shop is that I can now wait 1-2 weeks to get my money back.
I will never order in this store again.

Ultimately not responsive, neither on phone nor email. My order remained with the status of "suspected fraud" for around 2 weeks, without anyone replying to my questions.

I bought my wedding dress and bridesmaids dresses from them. They arrived really quickly and their communication was great.
The dresses were great quality and beautiful. I had mine made to measure and it fit perfectly.

I was nervous to purchase my wedding dress online site unseen. But my dress was PERFECT!! I was more than happy & am still receiving compliments. No one believes I ordered it from an online retailer. Plus the cocomelody customer service was so great!!

I never thought a dress bought online could be anything but cheap rubbish. It’s perfect and it’s saved me a fortune.
