No pressure.lovely staff.clear options .engineers ex army..very slick.neat lift .price ..fine,is what it is as,they say.we paid extra for a flip up rail so we could use front door..excellent.and no pressure after buying it..pestering about warranty ect.that gets On your wick.they give you the information..you can decide in your own time.

Didn't show up, no call or anything
Paid a deposit and was given an installation date for tomorrow, the company told me that the stair lift would be delivered today. I called to confirm too, but no one has shown up. Disappointed for my my as she needs the stair lift installed as soon as possible.

Can’t praise or recommend them enough. Very happy. After service is very reassuring, 365 days of emergency breakdown. What’s not to like.

recommend Companion Stair lifts for their customer care and speed in getting the job sorted which is so important in households

Quick service
Once I contacted Companion, they contacted me within a day to arrange a visit from Mick the salesman. He was polite and and courteous. He made it clear that if we didn't need something he wouldn't try and sell it to us. After he gave us the price we accepted straight away. A couple of days later we were contact with an installation date. All done within a week really impressed.

Very quick and pleasant service
Very quick service from having someone coming out to measure up and help with the best choice of stair lift to the fitting of it too. No mess. The people are very professional and pleasant. Made us feel at ease with the choices and not pushing for a sale.

Excellent on every level, from sales to joiners, electricians, engineers to Customer service. My mother in law has Alzheimer’s and can be difficult to deal with but they were amazing thank you

I was given a price , this was agreed , the salesman returns measures up with computer thingy a week later they phoned said about crashes and that i cant have the ordered one and will have to pay extra for a different system , nice try

The whole experience from ‘Companion’ was first class, from speaking to Wes at the start, to having the stairlift fitted.
