Every time we tried to phone we were hung up on or not given clear and helpful instructions. Phone calls also went unanswered even though the company is open 24/7. Every single person we spoke to was rude when speaking to us on the phone and seemed unhappy to help.

Thought I was booking a park and ride service at the airport and ended up with a booking at the airport tavern that I didn’t want to park at and even if I had of wanted to it was cheaper to book directly! Very disappointed tbh

Awful company. The barrier company doesn’t recognise them when you arrive. They don’t answer the phone. No official company logos anywhere indicating where to park. The staff don’t have any I.D to say they work for the company. They simply rely on you to trust a stranger to drive your car away.
Don’t use this company.

Booked through you guys, went in the early hours of the morning to park only to experience and witness a police raid which involved gang related chop shop activity. The gang took everyone’s car keys acting legitimately taking pictures of all our cars to make it look real and they all disappeared. police squads arrived shortly after informing us that this is all a scam and that they are shutting it down.

Really easy drop off and pick up from Luton airport. Would recommend and use the service again!

Having looked for email confirmation and address for parking spent 45 mins looking for location to drop car. Had several phone calls obviously stressed as we were so far away from the airport (15 mins but had been driving in circles for 45) to be told someone else will call me, they did and couldn’t direct me, we came to an address which we believed to be correct which it wasn’t to an alternate parking place to be told that they are under investigation, that they charge per passenger for drop off and I know it was £9.50 per vehicle dropping off, so mutiple people travelling they’re making a mockery of us. After pleading with them to help they didn’t. We gave up and paid for additional onsite parking at airport instead of chasing and calling and not getting anywhere and missing my flight. I’d avoid at all costs and no idea how to get my money back.

I had to walk around 10 minutes with my luggage to the entrance to the carpark this service defeated the object of Meet & Greet! Especially as when I returned, I had to walk back to the same spot to wait in the dark at 11:30 after a long flight and before a long drive home, at night by the gate which is unlit. I'm glad it was warm weather if it had been raining or winter I would've been very uncomfortable. Added to that I also had to pay for the barrier both ways into that car park approximately £10 each way so approx £20 was added to my overall cost. However, my car appeared well looked after and the drivers were pleasant.

Compare airport parking itself was not a problem, however we booked via you for SPS parking Stansted, after paying we then received an email stating we have to pay £13 each way to get them to take us to the airport. When we arrived we were rather rudely greeted and told it was £20. So we paid it as at this stage we had no option we had a flight to catch, we then didn’t even get dropped at the airport drop off, we were dropped at the Hilton hotel and told to walk, this was clearly to avoid having to pay Stansted’s drop off fee’s!!! Our flight was then massively delayed because of the air traffic control issues, I messaged the company to explain about our delay, no reply and then on pick up when we finally managed to get back to Stansted they wanted another £20 as an extra day fee, we had already paid for the 9th but they wanted extra payment for that day. Constantly contradicting themselves by saying we had to let them know, which we did and then when I said we had messaged he all of a sudden couldnt understand English and just said you have to pay. All in all I would never park at El Granero ever again, I have never known such a shambles. For future bookings I will be booking via purple parking to ensure we get to park somewhere half decent, not a muddy compound that want to rip you off!!

Scammers. You have to wait an hour for the car. They will pay an extra £26 for airport parking. Dirt, scammers. Cheaters. I advise against

What an absolute shambles. Kept waiting dropping off and picking car up. Will NEVER use again.

Very easy to use. Booking very simple

No set location to park. No one was here to meet us.
We waited nearly an hour for our car to be picked up.
We missed out flight.
Now we've been waiting two hours for our car to be returned and they keep phoning to ask when the car is going to be dropped off, when we keep saying we need to collect.
Not to mention they said nothing about the fact that we had to pay for offical parking ontop of this. So we spent an extra out of pocket.

Have ended up wasting more money then what we thought we was saving.

⭐ 0/5 STARS — AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Nearly missed our flight, hidden charges, threats & absolute chaos

Would give -5 stars if I could. DO NOT BOOK.

This company is the worst experience I’ve ever had — unprofessional, dishonest, misleading, rude and threatening from start to finish. Here’s exactly what happened: Arrival — Confusion, hidden charges & nearly missed our flight

• Instructions were vague and unclear — no office, no proper meeting point, just told to find “a random lady” somewhere. Wasted ages searching, felt dodgy from the start.

• Deliberately misleading pricing: Email stated clearly “Our service is fully inclusive – you do NOT need to pay any airport levy charges” — then buried at the very bottom in tiny print: “Airport levy: £8.00 each way (not included)”. Pure bait-and-switch. We were forced to pay £16 extra on the spot while rushing, with no choice.

• All the confusion searching for someone + last-minute charge meant we nearly missed our flight completely — stressful beyond belief before a holiday.

✈️ Return — Cancelled flight, 2.5hr wait, threats, terrible service

• Our flight was cancelled. 15 mins after finding out I phoned straight away to let them know we couldn’t collect that day and asked if there’d be extra fees — they said yes, £20. We agreed and were told: “Just call tomorrow 30 mins before you arrive.”

• Next day — called 45 mins before arrival. Went to the car park stated in the email — they told us to drive to Premier Inn. Got there — nobody there. Called again — told to go to BP petrol station instead. Who arranges collection at a petrol station?!

• Customer service was appalling throughout: Rude tone, short with us, kept hanging up mid-call saying “other customers are calling” — absolutely disgraceful attitude.

• Every call we were told “driver’s 10–15 mins away” — repeated for TWO AND A HALF HOURS. When we finally lost patience, they got ABUSIVE and THREATENED to keep our car — told us we weren’t getting it back. We actually had to call the police — who told us this company is already known to them and “bad news”.

• After 2hr 30mins they phoned us asking where WE were — claiming the car had been waiting there for 10 mins already! We went to collect it — nobody there, no keys handed over. Called again — told the key was just left sitting on the front wheel, in full view of anyone walking past. Completely reckless — anyone could’ve taken it or driven off.

• On top of all that — we were charged multiple times entering/exiting the airport while being sent back and forth between locations.

Hidden fees, lies, endless waiting, being sent between locations with no one there, rude staff who hang up on you, threatening to keep your car, and leaving keys on a wheel for anyone to grab. This isn’t a professional service — it’s a shambles.

Save your money, your stress and your peace of mind — PAY THE EXTRA AND BOOK PROPER AIRPORT PARKING INSTEAD. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. If I could leave zero stars I would. Absolute disgrace.

Avoid this service! They do not respond to my emails! I called to request a small amendment and was informed there would be an extra charge, even though the policy does not mention this fee. I requested a full refund and was told there would still be a charge for that! It’s better to book directly with a reputable car park. I am still waiting for my refund as I have raised a dispute with my bank.

Absolutely shocking. They do not pick up the phone. Post code sent me to wrong place and I nearly missed my departure flight. Attitude is appalling and sexist. In the way back I've waited an hour to be picked up with no clear guidance on how to identify their business. Other people also travelling are having the same unfortunate experience with this company. Do not use them

Easy to book and relatively cost effective and then everything went downhill from there.

I called 30 minutes before arrival as requested but still had to wait 20 minutes in the terminal for someone to arrive.

On return it quite categorically states that I should call them once I had my luggage. I did, only to be told I would have to wait at least 30 minutes for my car. In fact I waited 60 minutes.

The person I spoke to on the phone was both difficult to understand and worse, very rude.

In addition my car was taken a long way off site and much further than I had been advised.

A very poor service overall.

I will not be using this company again and would advise you to follow suit.
