Where do I begin? Hard to find, despite all the instructions, it is now well signposted once you arrive, you're instructed to phone in advance and nobody answers. Unless you allow for an extra 2h to actually get transfered in time, this place is stressful. I nearly missed my flight with my 2 young children. Only made it as it got delayed! When collecting the car, they had parked it so close to the next vehicle it was a struggle to get the kids in. Overall, I would not recommend for the sake of saving a few pounds.

All terminal parking at Heathrow.
Took 55 mins to come and collect the car. Took 50 mins to drop it with me when I returned.

Absolute joke. Terrible service. Would not recommend

We booked Bristol Park and Ride through Compare Airport Parking for five weeks, and unfortunately the experience was extremely poor from start to finish.

When travelling to the car park, Waze took us to the end of its route, so we called the company for help. We were told to use Google Maps instead. We followed Google Maps, which then directed us through two fields along an extremely rough track. Our car was scraping underneath and our front bumper came approximately halfway off.

We called the company again and specifically explained that Google Maps was taking us through fields. We were sent a location pin and told, very rudely, to simply follow it. We explained the fields again, but were given no alternative route or assistance and the call was ended. Both calls were around a minute or less.

We eventually reached the car park and then had a long wait for the minibus. We arrived at Bristol Airport with virtually no time to spare before check-in and were extremely stressed that we would miss our flight.

On our return five weeks later, we waited more than 30 minutes for the minibus. When we eventually reached our car, the battery was completely flat.

While helping us start the car, an employee told my husband that he had driven our car earlier that morning. We would like to know why our car had been driven while we were away.

What was particularly concerning was how they then started our car: they used another customer’s car to jump-start ours and instructed my husband to sit in that customer’s car and operate the accelerator. We have photographs and video evidence of this.

Overall, this was an extremely stressful experience. Between the poor directions, damage to our car, lack of assistance, lengthy transfer waits and the way customer vehicles were handled, we would absolutely not use this company again.

Poor service from the start. Still awaiting refund. Avoid

Your system makes me pay before you clarify the gate charges which adds £17 to the booking. If I had known that in advance I would have looked harder at alternatives.

Terrible experience.

After booking hidden charge of £20 airport levy. For driving their mini bus in and out the airport. This was charged to everyone and had to be paid by cars when you dropped the car off.

On the booking confirmation email it shows this. It also said service provided by A2Si LIMITED. When I’ve looked this up it is a catering company and the actual company was LBS1 trading Ltd.

The parking was in an old industrial area behind Luton airport. No gates not secure at all.

On arriving back I called as asked to give 30mins notice. I was informed my booking was incorrect and I’m 4 days late. Seems this is my mistake. I was then told it was more for the days over than my original booking. And I have to pay BY TRANSFER TO THEM NOW AND SEND A SCREEN SHOT OR THEY WON’T collect me and my 2 young daughters.
Very aggressive!

Asked for an invoice and was told won’t send until I pay. Surprise surprise several messages and calls and still no invoice.

Then once arrived at the confirmed pick up point was told they have left and had to wait 30 minutes for them to come.

I had to wait for them to search through a plastic box of keys on top of a car bonnet to find mine.

Utter sham of a company.
Do your self a favour pay the bit extra and park with the airport or company like Purple.

⚠️ I would not recommend this company for airport parking. Be very careful before booking with them.

They charge a **cancellation fee £10 **

even when the cancellation is made less than 24 hours in advance, and they also charge £13 per person, each way, for the airport transfer.

These additional charges can make the service much more expensive than expected. I strongly recommend checking all their fees and cancellation terms carefully before booking.

Did not make it clear that there is more charges per person to get into airport that going to cost for 3 people xyra 60 pound there and back

DO NOT USE!
They used our car drove it over 100 miles whilst it was with them.
Poor communication and to receive our car back with an empty tank when it was left with more than enough to get us home with is horrendous.

They did not mention anywhere and charge £10 on top to get out of Airport which is not good. They should include price in total…

Never turned up. People waiting 3-5 hours and or not receiving their vehicle due to keys lost. Will be getting a refund via bank and reporting this service for fraud

Worst experience ever in 20 years at Stansted.
The people from New Farm Park are the least customer friendly that I’ve dealt with in years.

At arrival we had to pay £20 extra for transport. A minute later they say there is no transport to take us to the airport. After some awful debate they offered to drive us with our car but no refund of the transport cost. Terrible!

At the return they tell you to phone once you pass the boarder controls. Well we waited an hour for their shuttle to arrive from the moment we arrived at the pickup point. Whenever you contact them, they lie rather than setting customer expectations.

You are better off spending £20 more at one of the other mid or long stay parking lots next to the airport.
Oh and the car was not dirty, more!

Do NOT use! Cowboys, dodgy as hell! Called when landed as per instructions and was told that they cannot find my car. Kept calling and calling. Ended up leaving and having to call police to deal with. Will be reporting to Gatwick to stop this service being allowed on there premises

Avoid Gatwick Airport Parking Spaces Ltd. This company uses a small minibus for transfers so can only fit say 7 people which doesn’t work when several families arrive at the same time. We waiting 45 minutes at 1am as we had to miss one minibus as it was already full

Great staff and very organised when we arrived! I think the super fast transfer at 80mph added to the experience

The worst car parking I have ever parked in. Cars were filthy. When we arrived the bus was late so we waited for the next one. We missed our flight because the shuttle was so late. On return our car wasn’t in the car park and had been moved. There were no staff on site when we arrived so we were left standing in the middle of no where at 1 in the morning with no car. When they eventually arrived they had to go and find our car which they had moved and it was filthy.

Absolutely disgusting service. Paid for meet and greet and it was not meet and greet. Had to call a number 30mins before arriving and then a bus to pick up car. That is not meet and greet. We also had to pay the £7 parking charge for the bus to collect us! Waited 30mins for bus. Person you call on the phone is hard to understand and rude. Do not use!!! Car came back absolutely filthy. A puncture in the wheel and crack in the windscreen. Please do not use this company!
