Completely useless! Showing stock they do not have and when I requested a quote they annoy with blabla emails.
As a customer I want a quick quote with their best price and fast execution.
Cannot review their execution as it never got that far.

Don’t have the stock the website says.
Said they had in stock then when ordered and took the money came back to say don’t have it. Refund was prompt but why send me a survey request for an order you couldn’t supply?

Fast and cost effective.
Excellent! Samples rapidly delivered, parts ordered and deliverd just as quickly. Good realistic prices make them suitable for use in a production enviroment, rather than the crazy prices some other sites are asking. We're a small UK manufacturer and need good quality, cost effective parts for our regualr production and want to avoid using China, thses parts will allow us to do that.

Website very clearly described products including very importantly precise dimensions. Ordering was very straightforward and delivery overnight as promised. Even via a UK forwarding address, goods ordered on Sunday in the UK arrived in Hong Kong on Thursday evening. All round excellent.

Fantastic service
Fantastic service, and extremely helpful. After telephone conversation emailed photos of what we needed as replacement. A reply email was sent same day with link showing the replacement we needed.
Ordered around 2pm, and delivered next day before lunch.
Would highly recommend and use again.

Incorrect delivery of urgent parts
Although on the invoice it was very clear where to deliver the package it was sent to a wrong previous address by the companies warehouse. The product was extremely urgent and had to be forwarded by a courier urgently at my expense and still missed the deadline.
